Sammy at the Store located at 2140 E Campbell Road in Richardson Texas helped me out when I got stuck here on vacation. I needed an emergency override on a script and he stuck with it until it was completed. You don’t get service like that everywhere. Thank you Sammy!!

Just called Walgreens to schedule an appointment and the young man {Sammy} said go to the website and I said “no I need you to do it. Instead of having a bad attitude he was great! It’s wonderful receiving great customer service. It doesn’t happen often. Good job Sammy!

I am not the one who usually likes to leave negative reviews to places but I had one of the rudest encounters. I was getting my pcr test through their drive thru today 11/18 at 12 pm. Usually when I have gone to drive thru testings, all the papers are usually ours to keep. I kept the extra papers that was outside of the bio hazard bag. Note it was on the out, doing something I have always done. But the lady instructing us was like "ugh where is that paper in the bag, I told you to simply put that swab in the bag, did not tell you to take anything out. Should follow directions." It was said in the most rudest tone I have ever. It was just so shocking to hear a healthcare professional speak to a patient in such manner. I am also in healthcare and would never talk to anyone in such a demeaning way. I know my complain will get no notice but just wanted to point out.

The Employees in the Pharmacy they’re awesome!! We Move my grandmother’s prescription from CVS to Walgreens and what a big difference!! The pharmacist knew what he was doing he answered all our questions he help us with insurance cards, We definitely going to stay at this location for a long time!, thank You so much for Your help, God blessed You all

Lead pharmacy tech is extremely rude and judgemental, heard her criticizing her own coworkers with the pharmacist, and when customers would call she was extremely impolite and just generally unhelpful. She refused to look up information for customers and said that if they didn't have their prescription infront of them she couldn't help them, that they should already know all the medications they're on and the strength. So glad I don't have to get my prescriptions here.

Do not go here for COVID testing. I did my testing on Monday and was supposed to have results in 24 hrs or at the latest by Wednesday. It is now Friday and still dont have them. After getting the runaround from the lab they finally admitted that Walgreens never gave them my test. Then when I call Walgreens they dont take accountability. Now I am having to get retestested elsewhere. Poor service.

NEVER DO YOUR COVID TEST HERE FOR TRAVEL PURPOSES. Website shows that results are days or less than 24hours but they are not reliable and misleading! Pharmacy tech promised it will be ready on a certain day but they were giving wrong information and false reassurance. My Hawaii travel plans are ruined because of the company and staff giving false information. Even the 3rd company performing the COVID test are so handing out misleading information.

Make sure to check your prescription before you leave with it! They filled my blood pressure med with a dose 8x stronger than what my Dr had prescribed. This could have been lethal. I brought the rx back and they filled it correctly and refunded me. Just beware to check that your meds are correct before you take them!

went for a drug, they told me it take one month for order. Than I asked for generic, they said there is another similar drug available at 235$. They have my prescription so I asked for the name of my medicine in order to check with other drug store. They told me not giving me name over the phone. I end up go to another drug store filled it with a generic at 16$( a simple eye drop)
