This location isn't as good as the one I used to live near. The bankers aren't as helpful and there can sometimes be a surprisingly long wait. Luckily the Chase app allows you to do most things without needing to talk to a person, but sometimes you don't have a choice. Calling Chase support instead has also been surprisingly helpful and pleasant for those situations in my experience. ~Mark

I made a huge mistake of using Islamic banking by contacting Bank of Whittier to purchase a commercial property. They definitely take advantage of their customers under the fold of Islamic banking and rip off their customers. Their CEO Yahiya is a dishonest individual who lies and makes your life difficult. He is extremely unprofessional and unethical. After providing all the required paperwork and doing unnecessary inspections like Asbestos for a 6 year old commercial property in TX which is not even required, the CEO decided not to release the funds for my pre approved loan after I had already signed the closing doc and paid the required 25% down.I lost over $12k in various fees and all the Earnest money. The CEO response I am sorry brother! I would strongly recommend not to use them for any personal or business need! If there was a way to give them negative rating I would as they don’t even deserve one star ⭐️. There are lots of other Islamic options available. Please don’t use them as you will regret it! ~Rizwan

I don't know what's going on with this store, but today is 10/10/21 and it's 2:06am and the stores front door is locked and has been for over an hour, and yesterday 10/09/21 the store had the exact same problem!!! I'm starting to think the staff is going to sleep in the backroom or something. I Included a photo showing nobody on sight!!! And the doors are locked. ~David

The drive through is the little building past the bank building. Where the drive up ATM is at. The lights to show which lane is open are not very bright if wearing sunglasses. Wish they would make them brighter. ~BLR
