Had an appointment at 10:30 to open a business bank account and they cancelled at 10:26 because they didn’t have a “business banker”

I had appoint at 9am went to the bank at Coil rd but the banker isnt available even tho i have appointment with him and everyone else in others bank is on appointment until i met Mr. Chris Clack. He had a little free time before his next apppoinment and decided to take me in and take very good care of me and i didnt have to wait. To be honest, that moment warm my heart. I wish all the best with him and he need to get paid more please

This location isn't as good as the one I used to live near. The bankers aren't as helpful and there can sometimes be a surprisingly long wait. Luckily the Chase app allows you to do most things without needing to talk to a person, but sometimes you don't have a choice. Calling Chase support instead has also been surprisingly helpful and pleasant for those situations in my experience.

Disappointed with the professional advice received 1year ago regarding a "complimentary deposit box" that turned out to be untrue. Especially concerned with Kim's and Jordan's inability to locate one of my 3 accounts based on my social security number (quite shocking, since the teller had located all my accounts easily only days before...). A bit worried after the Relationship Banker mentioned my "$2,000 account" referring to a $20,000 one... I know we're expecting big inflation but, for now, an awareness of precise numbers -- down to that menial "0" -- should be top priority on a banker's mind in client conversation, especially as there were few-to-no other clients waiting in line, to avoid any doubts.... Very considerate service from Louis, but his attentive search did not locate my 3rd accounteither which makes me suspect there was a real issue with the account's visibility for some reason... How could they fail to find it if my name appears on all three accounts and all these 3 employees tried both my SS# and my business name?! Very odd... Business manners from the 2 cubicle staff were uncomfortable, too, during this process: an unfocussed, unpleasant attitude from the first; and no greeting (+no response to my greeting to him!...) from the other one upon being introduced ...remarkably far from the client-oriented welcoming approach one usually finds at Chase branches (a 1 on a scale of 10 on that survey Chase usually sends). The fact remains that momentarily my account could not be located with my ID and SS# and a box associated with this account that was supposed to be complimentary as per last year's advice at the branch was in fact charged for. Did they switch my account from the original plan to one that allows them to charge for the box?? (Typical bait&switch scenario, worth investigating.) I will find a proper professional branch for future business and safety deposit box hosting. Not surprised other reviewers here felt the same.

Chase is by FAR the WORST banking institution ever devised by man. This has been my experience since starting my business accounts with this sorry excuse of a “bank” and I use the term “bank” VERY loosely... It took chase 3 months and 4 attempts to send me my company checks. I had to go to the location near my house every time I needed temporary checks. Chase arbitrarily froze my cards NUMEROUS times after charges were made in frequented merchants. Then with chase, you can not receive a temporary card at the brick and mortar location. You must wait 10+ business days to receive the card. IF their carrier pidgins they use can deliver the card... In the meantime I’m having to write checks and pull out cash for the entire time chase struggles to navigate the new business card to me. Literally every single conceivable interaction that I have had with this institution as a whole. Has and will ALWAYS be a nightmare. Just today, well actually an appointment yesterday and today, and hours from my schedule gone and never to get back. The two bankers that were working with me, couldn’t perform the simple task of setting up a personal investment account/app. It’s sad to know that I can find a handful of startup investment apps that I can set up in minutes with zero effort. But an institution that has been in business for 130 years couldn’t do so with two of its bankers “helping” their client for the duration of two appointments. This is absolutely pathetic and extremely frightening to know these people are holding a dime of my money. Done with chase

Terrible service from anyone other than a teller. Waited literally an hour only to receive no help from an advisor (other than the initial what are you here for). The other locations are not bad, this one however, is not worth the time.

Employees are nice, but processes are a disorganized mess. It took an hour and a half to open an account and deposit 2 checks. Chase will give me no access to the funds that I deposited for 2 weeks! This is despite my holding 2 other existing accounts with Chase. I will close all 3 of my Chase accounts as soon as I have time, because the company doesn't respect their clients' time.

The majority of employees here - Jordan and Raoul were unbelievably rude earlier this week - couldn't care less about good customer service. Consistently unprofessional, difficult, unpleasant, impolite and downright nasty. And good luck trying to get Marcus or anyone else on the phone...they never answer and the message tells you to call back some other time without the option to leave a message. How do these people still have their jobs?

Marcus, Andrew, and Stephanie were more then helpful and patient with me yesterday. They took their time getting all the information needed on my money order since I threw away the tracking number. I was grateful they explained to me what the process was since another person at a different branch explained it all incorrectly. All in all - easy, quick, and smooth visit. Thank you guys for a great job!

We were helped very quickly and Mohammed was very pleasant! Will definitely be using this branch for all our banking needs!
