Open up an account in the drive through I'm a current customer who needed to open another account. One call to find out their safety procedure during this Covid-19 pandemic when I was told they would have the account open and I could go through the drive-through to collect the paper work. Never had to get out the car. Quickest account open ever. I highly suggest this process stay in place after Covid-19. Just another example of Bank of Texas going above and beyond.

A few blocks east of the University of Texas at Dallas campus on W. Campbell Road in Richardson I have found the best full service bank since moving to Richardson in 1998. The vice-president and general manager of the branch, Jude Ledet (pronounced Luh Day), is a personable and professional gentleman who has become my financial best friend since my opening two free checking accounts (a personal and a business) and a VISA credit card account. Having been self-employed since 1986 I have found it to be very important to have a strong financial relationship with one’s banking representatives. Far above Chase Bank or Bank of America I strongly recommend Bank of Texas for your banking services.

LaKesha was magnificent! I entered the bank around 15 minutes before closing on this past Saturday. She opened my new account in less than 10minutes. It was hassel-free and she made me feel as though I was already a Bank of Texas family member prior to starting my application. Her friendliness and professionalism confirmed my thoughts that this was the banking institution for me! Kudos to her manager/training staff..you have developed a very well-rounded employee!
