The drive through is the little building past the bank building. Where the drive up ATM is at. The lights to show which lane is open are not very bright if wearing sunglasses. Wish they would make them brighter.

The people I dealt with were professional, well informed, they answered the phone when I called, they tried to help me solve problems. I am very pleased and will finance some other properties with this bank in the future.

If you can't like Legacy Texas you just can't like any bank. I have been with them since they were the thriving Community Credit Union, when they became Viewpoint Bank, and when that robust bank merged with Legacy Texas. I bank there. And, I buy their stock. It's a heck of a great place to do business.

I've been with these guys since they took over the failing Viewpoint Bank. I've had no issues with any visit. They are always courteous and have provided excellent service from just needing a simple withdrawal to ordering checks to notarizing documents.

Opened a business account here because of a personal relationship. Surely, a smaller, regional bank could provide better service than a big bank like Chase, right? Except that every step of every business interaction, other than opening the account, was a nightmare. The credit card processing partner they referred us to and vouched for was very unprofessional and tried to defraud us by literally inventing a contract that never existed. The online banking was like something out of the 1990s and was constantly locking us out and required us to jump through all sorts of hoops to get back in. Statements are only available for a limited time. If you have an account question or want data from longer than they keep online, they charge $35/hour to "research" that information for you. Why?? It's 2017 and data storage is effectively infinite and free. Ultimately, LegacyTexas was never a partner to my business, but more of a problem we always had to divert attention to. And remember that friendly, small-bank service I was dreaming about? I got a call from Chase the other day on an account I have with them because they noticed I was charged a fee for something and wanted to tell me how to avoid it in the future. How delightful is that?
