Walked in to the store, 2 employees and 1 customer, I stood for 6 minutes before I was acknowledged "I'll be right with you" ,stood a further 9 minutes without anyone saying anything to me. Another customer walked in , liked around without an employee saying anything and asked me if I was waiting? I said no I have to go , still no reaction from the employees of either of the 2 new customers and I left. From my view this is not good service.

My experience at my local Verizon Wireless store in Concord, MA, has always been excellent. Andrew is so knowledgeable and helpful that I keep going back to him whenever I need a new phone for myself or someone in my family (we all like different phones) - he's always up to date on the latest of every single one! The others who work there are equally knowledgeable. Why go online when you can get the best customer service and personalized help in person?!
