As a woman it's very hard to find a shop that I can feel comfortable taking my car to. I always feel hassled for more. The manager at this location (Jamal) was really nice. He explained to me what I needed and why so that I didn't feel hassled or pressured into anything. The location was very clean, the restrooms were in order, AND there were snacks! I called so many places to get a quote on a brake fluid change, not only was this company the cheapest, they were also the friendliest. The manager Stacy was extremely nice, made me feel extremely comfortable. The whole staff was very friendly. They got my car in and out within 20 minutes. I had an amazing experience when I stopped in to this location. As a woman who travels frequently I often find it hard to find a place I can be comfortable trusting with my car. The staff and the General manager Stacey and the visiting Market manager Tony made my visit unforgettable. I will be back. I had to take photos and show everyone the clean and organized customer area and ladies the restroom is sooo clean. If you are a woman you understand the importance of a clean restroom at a mechanic shop. The mechanics were knowledgeable and the process was smooth and quick. I came in for brakes and rotors on my ford explore and I am pleased with the work. I will be back and they even recommend another location closer to my job. Thanks guys for an unforgettable visit.

I usually goto the Frisco location of Kwik Kar and I love it there but I was in the Irving area and the two places couldn’t be more different. Price was higher service was lower. Lobby was dim and there was trash everywhere. They did have snacks which was nice but they were on some weird serving tray. I like consistency, cleanliness. They did try to sell me a radiator flush but they didn’t do a good job of educating me on my problem plus the other reviews said to stick to just an oil change. They got to my vehicle right away, multiple people worked on my car yet it took about an hour. The reminder sticker was hand written and I’m used to printed which is a much more professional look. I was surprised I wasn’t in the “system” from other locations. I guess when you buy a franchise you buy the name and that’s it. I usually get pensoil but at this location they only had valvaline so just not consistent across locations

When I arrived I was greeted by Jamal with such a great attitude. Of course that made my visit a great one. He was very attentive and provided me with all the information.
