Like most people, I have had ups and downs in my life. I was perpetually mulling over my past, going down the " should have, would have" pathway. I would feel drained on Monday morning, not looking forward to another work week. My friend gave me "Stumbling into infinity" and I was intrigued after reading it. Shortly thereafter, I took the SKY course and found it eased up some of the sadness inside. I would do the Kriya here and there and feel increased energy after but did not do it regularly. Once I heard Guruji say that Kriya is like brushing your mind every day. That really stopped me on my tracks. We worry about the smell in our mouth but we ignore the dirt accumulating in our minds from our interactions with our world. Since then I have been doing Kriya almost daily and feel so much more energy throughout my day. Among the benefits of Kriya, I was most impressed with the concept of neuroplasticity. With Kriya, we can change the pattern of negative thinking/bad habits deeply rooted in our nervous system. I also attended Sahaj Meditation and love the concept of doing nothing for a few minutes every morning. I know this helps my nervous system rejuvenate and keeps the mind fresh even when I am sleep deprived. Highly recommend these courses and Silence course to everybody to recharge their mind and body .

I took the Online SKY program after being recommended to help in improving my breathing for sports. The online course was everything I expected, well organized, convenient schedule and with incredible teachers. I regularly practice the SKY meditation since then and have found a huge improvement in my breathing in addition to many other benefits the meditation brought. Also, the teachers and volunteers nurture participants continued attention by offering knowledge sessions and guidance on how to progress on this path. This was an important value add for me which further enhanced my journey. I am able to handle much more work, without stress and better attention. All in all, am able to be in the present instead of reminisce of the past or worry of the future. If you are seeking and want to bring a positive difference in your life and the lives of your loved ones, I would highly recommend the SKY meditation followed by Sahaj and Silence retreat.

Practicing Sudarshan kriya has helped me in so many ways. It is truly the easiest way to improve total (mental and physical) well-being. It has helped me so much after I was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disorder.

The studio itself is great! The instructors are very positive and helpful. My complaint is with the management system. I find their policy about canceling a membership to be unfair. Since I had not attended class in two months, I thought they might be understanding in not charging me for a 3rd month in which I did not attend a SINGLE class....... but nope! Be careful about giving them your credit card information because they will charge you even if you do not use their services!

I have had several great meditation and kriya sessions at this center. The people that I have met here have also been awesome. I find these sessions complimentary to my high paced professional lifestyle as a consultant. The four day workshop is a great way to get practical tools and practical wisdom to handle the challenges that life tends to throw at us. I welcome people to visit the center and try the 1 hour free seminars that the center offers.

I did my first workshop here few years back and have been active member of group since then. Art of living offers various workshops that include Yoga, Meditations, Empowerment. They do lot of community service and the projects including local as well as international projects. Another aspect that I like about the group is that there are members from all countries, religion, ethnicity..who come together and work towards a common goal of creating a stress free society which cares for everyone and create a better environment to live. There are groups in every other city, and the people are always welcoming and helpful. It's the best thing that has happened to me!!

This is definitely the place to go. The place itself has such an amazing feel. And the techniques they make you experience (teach) are so rejuvenating. What i basically did was just, close my eyes and everything else was taken care of. I cant tell you how much change i have experienced. Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, knowledge about them and much more, just makes you feel so fresh and i must say ALIVE. This is my go-go place now. I am student so wanna tell you something they have FREE weekly followups that is THE best thing.

I took this workshop few years back. Art of living course is a simple and a profound practice. It helped me improve my confidence and focus in life. The breathing practices helped me to be more peaceful and stress free. There were a lot of practical wisdom and tips given in the course. It was truly an experiential course. The home practice techniques helped us to keep up with it every day. It was worth every penny I paid for this course.

Art of Living center in Irving is a true gift to the community. The center offers a variety of activities including yoga, meditation, knowledge sessions, and experiential seminars. I have personally experienced a deep transformation from the breathing and other techniques taught by the foundation.
