The gentleman who was supposed to help me switching to Verizon wasn’t happy to be at work at all. I know it is hard to work on holiday,but if you decide to work , you need to feel like working and be kind to your customers.

I would send my sister or mother to another store. Time - 6 pm, Wednesday 07/21/2021 I went it for my own self, to see about a promo although the person assisted didn’t seem too willing but it’s whatever he was knowledgeable enough Then I was hanging in the store to gather some details that I needed, I was the only customer in there then a young hispanic lady with a child walked in the store she was initially there when I first walked in then she came back…as she was approaching the front door the employee who was helping me called the other employee who helped her before ‘Hey..your baby mama is back’ and they laughed then few minutes later she left and a black lady in her 40s was approaching the door and the esteemed Verizon employees were having a quick conversation among themselves trying to figure her gender in a demeaning way/tone and when she just walked in I heard one of them say …it’s a woman I didn’t confront at that time because it wasn’t to the point where causing a scene would do any benefit right then but this was my experience and how I saw it, do with it as you may

Stopped by this location on a saturday to run in and purchase a power cord to charge my dying phone. Shouldve been in/out less then 5minutes. Instead the clerk stopped me at the door to ask if I had a mask. I politly said I couldnt wear one due to medical issues. He said he couldnt help. I replied with I'm just trying to buy a cord and leave. There was no other customers in the store and I said Im not trying to be an a%% I just need a cord and I truly cannot wear a mask. He said but you are being an a%%. I feel like this clerk was definitely not meeting the customer in a very positive manner. I understand the mask issues. Yet there are some out here in the world that can not wear one. I paid for the cord and asked for a receipt. This is when he said for me to wait outside. No big deal right, except its pooring down rain, lightening, and the roads was flooding. Just to paint the picture of what the manager was wanting me to do. 2 major things...when did customer service go out the door and why would Verizon have their clerks treat their loyal customers basically like dirt and try to force them out in a storm to wait on a power cord and a paper receipt? Pretty discerning what a corporate store will do. Ill stay away from the corporate stores for now on

My sales associate was Johan and he was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He told me the ins and outs of all the phones I had questions on without being the regular pushy salesman If you shop here ask for Johan !

I have been to couple of Verizon stores, corporate & authorized dealers. The customer service at this location was great. Jose took his time to explain options and was very patient.

Hernan the “Store Manager” would not accept selling me a SIM card to transfer my service although i had the Verizon people on the phone with me speaking to him, and he was EXTREMELY rude, said we’re done since you’re not buying anything, and threatened to call the cops so i can leave the store. This guy is no where close to being a manager, and the customer service at this location is not where its needed. If i had 0 stars i would rate them at such, don’t recommend this location at all.

The store is fine and the guys there are friendly, but, the store has limited functionality. It's pretty much only for sales and new customers. Jose was cool though!

I am or was visiting from Indiana and my phone and wallet was stolen and called to have phone shut off until I could either find or purchase another phone. I was unable to locate my phone so I called the general Verizon number and made an appointment to purchase another phone. When I arrived at the store I was met at the door by a Verizon representative and advised them that I needed a new phone and the reason I needed it. I was told that they were usable to assist me because I did not have an ID. I told them that I just need to buy a phone and I will have my sister in law reconnect the phone. I was told that it would not be possible but that I could go to Bestbuy and they could help me. I went to Bestbuy and did not have any issues. I called my sister in law and she had the phone reconnected. Then my text messages were not working in or out so I stopped by the Verizon store for assistance and the told me to call customer service at 611 if I needed assistance. I think that having someone come all the way down to the store and then not even trying to help to just have a customer running around who is already frustrated and in a difficult situation is wrong. So I guess I'm suggesting that u never have anything stolen and be out of town because ur not going to get any help from this store.

I'm a new customer to Verizon and my phone and purse was stolen and I set up an appointment to come in to see how can I get a new phone. So he set me up outside and didn't let me enter the building with a appointment, I understand the COVID-19 situation but if you have an appointment you should be able to enter the building instead he talk to me outside in the heat and gave me the run around and I still don't have a phone but I pay the bill on time. I would never think that this would happen to me but Verizon customer service is terrible. Please don't go to this store I felt as if he didn't want me in the store because I'm black because he kept saying how much money it will be as if I was just broke but that white lady went inside with no problems just saying don't go to that store
