0 stars!!! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Don't go to metro w your own bought and paid for phone they will hold rights to it if you want to change carriers! Without a contract!! All you have to do is sign a receipt for a credit card they will hold a carrier lock on your personal phone for a 180 days!! Regardless if you didn't buy the phone from metro!! Metro will make you pay for leaving their services by highjacking your property and locking your phone if you don't want their services!!

Absolutely will never go to the store again. The girl that was helping me was more interested in another customer that was being helped by someone else. She wanted my ID and I tried to show her I have an appointment to go get one at the DPS that wasn't good enough for her I told her I'll be right back let me walk across the street to PLS to get a copy of mine walked across the street came back she started inputting my information into the system and when I inquired again what kind of phone is it that I'm getting she said oh she just sold the last one. Why would she put my information in the system then. Totally useless help in this store. For decent help there is another store about a half mile down the road at 3611 North Beltline in the same parking lot as El rancho. Five star service there

I would not come in this metro in irving tx off of story rd because they are full of lies they couldnt tell the truth to save their life. Me and my dad went in there to look for a new phone because i broke mine and he had a old one in the car so he got it brung it in and they said he couldnt use it because it had water damage. And they said you could do somthing with the sim card and stuff so they said that our simcard was expired and we asked how they knew and they said i dont know and then tried to get me to read 400 pages of the terms and conditions and i said u work here i don't you should know your own papers and this was the manager so do not use this store they are full of lies and we called later the 611 and they fixed it right away it didn't even take 5 minutes and dont trust the irving tx off of story rd store they straight up lied to us and i mean the bible says not to lie and it is one of the 10 commandments so i guess all them lazy unworking people up there will go to hell with the satian if they keep it up with all them lies i bet you could ask them to sing the alphabet and they would sing it backwards and tell you that they sang it correctly that if you wanted it sang the other way you need to pay 300 dollars and this was written with the phone that supposedly had water damage and couldnt work and needed a new sime card and by the way there was not one customer in the store. Not even any employees that would get off there lazy butts and try to help us. So dont get caught up inthe sticky icky fat web of lazy lies these people try to tell you.
