Best auto repair shop in Irving, Texas (TX) 2024

I had an amazing experience when I stopped in to this location. As a woman who travels frequently I often find it hard to find a place I can be comfortable trusting with my car. The staff and the General manager Stacey and the visiting Market manager Tony made my visit unforgettable. I will be back. I had to take photos and show everyone the clean and organized customer area and ladies the restroom is sooo clean. If you are a woman you understand the importance of a clean restroom at a mechanic shop. The mechanics were knowledgeable and the process was smooth and quick. I came in for brakes and rotors on my ford explore and I am pleased with the work. I will be back and they even recommend another location closer to my job. If we go herenow we ONLY use cash because it started at the pump & then happened even inside. When we paidwith a cRd wealways had to cancel card due to random charges. Once was a fluke but the many times after not only to me, but also my mom & family in my household. This is NOTthe place to pay with card! ONLY PAY CASH! ~Wende
