Since this bank is in the most convenient location to me I went here when setting up a new account. I already had an appointment set up here so I was able to go right in. I believe one is required to anything but withdrawals and deposits. The banker who helped me and walked me through setup was pretty friendly and did a good job explaining things, and there weren't too many sales pitches for unneeded services, which is appreciated. I've withdrawn here with no issues too. Though during setup I did hear another client complaining a teller put their money in the wrong place. While this is a rare occurrence, it is not exactly reassuring when you hear it in the bank you're setting up an account in.

Don’t bother trying to re fi thru Chase. They lead you thru a merry way. See sawing back and forth. Their charge for closing cost is $1500-$2000 more than other lenders with higher interest rate. Shouldn’t bother going there after spending time for the application…

Surprised this branch even manages a 2.9.....Terrence was pleasant but Kristin is of no use to helping customers. No wonder everyone ditches the big banks to go branchless....why I gave them a second and third chance escapes me but won’t be fooled again.

Started my new bank accounts here at this location. Was not much of a wait, people were mostly friendly. Setting up the accounts was quick and easy. It's not my main branch that I usually go to, but over all the experience was good. I've always had good luck with chase.

Very happy with my visit. Jean Soe was very helpful without any issues. And had patience helping me. 100% happy with the customer. Been with Chase 10 years and no one has ever helped me the way she did.

Unable to help with missing deposit. I waited 20 minutes to talk to a "banker" to try to determine what went wrong with a deposit I made through the Chase app. All she could say was there was no record of the deposit - duh, why was I there? She said I needed to contact the issuer to see if the check had cleared. I left and called Chase customer service via the mobile app and they were able to quickly find that the issuer account was "inactive, dormant, or restricted" based on information in the Chase system. The error prevented the deposit from being made to my account. I'm looking for a new bank.

Very accommodating and friendly especially Mr. Chiu who helped me open a new account and helped me with the promo! Very informative and showed me a lot of ways how to manage my account. Will always come back here because I finally found a bank and a branch I know I can trust. Will definitely refer friends and family here! Thank you!

The branch manager, David Sandy NMLS ID: 763719, is so rude and disrespectful to customers. Mr. Sandy provides the worst customer experience - he cannot control his temper, and gets very agitated when customers ask basic questions - like why are certain transactions still pending, or when will a check clear. Mr. Sandy will not answer questions, and will ask customers to leave just because they try to understand what is going on with their account. Everyone else at the branch works hard to be helpful and polite - but the branch manager allows himself to be a bully, and threatens customers to ban them from "his branch" if they have inquiries? I hope Chase looks into his actions closely - this is not what the Chase experience should be like.

I just took down my 1 star review, outlining a serious problem in the branch that Chase took seriously, and restored my faith in the brand. Recently, I was contacted by Dom Azzarito, the new Branch Manager. In the several encounters I have had with Mr. Azzarito, he has been most professional, and devoted to helping with everything he can. He honestly cares about his customers. It is a true pleasure to interact with someone as knowledgeable and supportive as Mr. Azzarito! Thank you for making Banking with Chase a true positive experience!

Walked in to open a new account, but was told I need to make an appointment and that they have a customer coming in soon. Paul (the gentleman who greeted me, was lazy and did not want to do it), I then came back a few days later, once he noticed me he didn't get off the phone for like 15 minutes, finally off the phone.. approached me and said the same thing: I have a customer coming in soon, you need to come back at a later time. He also approached another banker to assist me, she also refused. Lazy bankers, beware! Poor customer service!
