Placed an online order of a 6-pack of cookies (Galaxy Brownie, Honey Bun, Blueberry Cheesecake, 2 Milk Chocolate Chip, Rocky Road) and creamy carrier of 4 half pints (Raspberry Cheesecake, Snickerdoodle, Cookie Dough Crunch, Brownie Fudge). The app made it really easy to order, pay, and pickup my order. The cookies are large and shareable. We cut it into quarters. The Honey Bun, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Chocolate Chip were the favorites as we found the chocolate-based cookies to be too rich. All the ice cream flavors we tried were so good! We were pleasantly surprised by the raspberry cheesecake flavor. Crumbl is now my preferred cookie shop in the DFW for parties and work functions.

I ordered cookies on-line for my daughter in laws surprise birthday party. It just happened to be when it iced in February. I added I needed them delivered. ALYSSA realized it wasn't going to arrive in time...she took the time out of her own personal time to call me and tell me they could be ready first thing the next morning at the store! I realized that if she didn't call that I would be just waiting and waiting the next morning with nothing. I am so thankful for her and ALDO the owner who selflessly walked me and the cookies out to my car on the ice the next morning! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH wonderful things about this store and Crumbl cookies!! I AM A FOREVER FAN!!!

Customer service needs some work. Also pretty sure someone stole my card info at this location. 2 of my cookies didn’t even look like what they advertised as. I like the brand but I will go out of my way now for a different location.

So sad that on top of the already expensive price for these cookies, that this is what I get for a $10 delivery fee. Plus I tipped the driver $7. All the cookies were smooshed together and the peanut butter cookie crumbled to little pieces when I tried to pick it up. The cookies didn’t taste all that great. Not worth the money, sticking to Tiff’s Treats from now on.

Wow, this place had an amazing 🍪 cookie. It was busy. I would order ahead unless you got some time to spare. They were busy and there was quite a crowd for mid day. So I can only imagine what the evening must be like,crowded. Anyhow it was worth the wait. The cookie was fresh and warm. I actually wish I would have had some milk 🥛 to have with it! Anyhow I highly suggest this place for a snack.

I recently went to Crumbl for the first time. And I was serviced by Alyssa. She was super friendly and helpful and explained how pretty much the store works. And even offered me a sample.the cookies btw are HUGE and delicious. I then ordered some cookies from them and had them delivered to my best friends house. And she was so excited, she said that they were really good. I also wanna add that the delivery very was fast & timely. I will continue to use this to treat my friends.

Wasn’t all the hype. The cookies are loaded with tons of sugar. The frosting is very simple. They would be better with buttercream frosting. As far as the in store experience, it was great! I loved the pink and black aesthetic!

Heads up: chocolate chip cookies are always on the menu, but the menu selection changes weekly, so get the app and you can drool there first before going in. This place is so delicious that there's a line out the door! I ordered my selections online through their easy-to-use app, then went immediately to pick up the cookies via their curbside feature. The menu changes weekly, but there's always a great variety of delicious cookies available; some served warm and some served cool. Today, we chose: Orange Creamsicle, Confetti, Buckeye, and Milk Chocolate Chip! The Orange Creamsicle cookie was served cold and they were all very tender and soft. Despite the fact that there were many people waiting in the line to get in, the curbside pickup only took a couple of minutes. Such a great treat!
