Food is old on shelf’s, dirty, moldy, employees look like their tired of it. Always the same people. Marry is the only cashier half the time and serves good customer service. Haven’t had milk or bread in almost a week??? Looks like a new store director in the building AGAIN. Where’s Garcia, Pete and my awesome dude ken?? I will not return until this store is under better management. I shopped here for 5 years and this has completely gone down hill. Remodel isn’t gonna help your business. Hope upper management realizes it’s a MANAGEMENT ISSUE!!! Please fix the issues or you’ll lose even more customers oh and seafood try’s to cover up their mold on their fish!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING. ~Kyle

Everyone here is super caring and our Gerocery is easy and fast. They typically have everything we need and the trade outs are great! They always communicate with customers when making exchanges and substitutes. They have even asked us if we want our bakery bread cut or not. They ask me if I want the eggs upfront and everyone is always charming and genuine. Only recommend the online ordering process allow you to choose paper or plastic or purchase reusable bags. Online ordering is easy and the items are large images and recommended items are close to what you were wanting. FULL STARS!! ~L

RBFCU - Plano

Came in to pay off a car and provide a bill of sale to the buyer. Was asked if I had a "payoff letter", I said no. She then asked "how do you know how much to pay then?" To which I responded the RBFCU app has payoff details available on the main loan screen. Was put in a room waiting on the loan department. Get told it's a 35 minute wait by an employee (name was not provided, white woman.) obviously very eager to leave. We ended up waiting 75 minutes and the manager Had to personally call a supervisor to get her to manually connect the line, at which point we are told that the branch must handle the request at which point the employees (now 1:05 past closing) all of a sudden remembered how to do. Except Angie Wiley told me that my specific request wasn't valid earlier and the loan department had to handle it, all of a sudden was directing the newer employee on how to do what I asked 75 minutes prior. Due to the delay, no notary was available so thankfully the buyer trusted me otherwise I'd have had to make another trip due to Cynthia Gregory pawning me off onto the customer service line instead of directing me to the tellers to handle my request. Through all of this, my wife (who drove 40 miles for me because RBFCU has no branches south of 635 in DFW), and my one year old son were in the car and dealing with a very upset baby who is now an hour past bedtime because of the incompetence at this location. Manager Vashyon pulled no punches with her employees and said she'd "talk to them" and admitted my experience was completely not okay. She remained calm and directed her team. However, a nice manager doesn't make my son not over tired nor does it get me back on my wife's good side for something I promised was super easy. Honestly, RBFCU has completely fallen off in terms of CX the past 6 years. Been a member for 14 years and I'm pulling every dime out of this Credit Union for USAA. Basic customer service is a myth at every location (except Benton) and the customer service department just repeats a script as to why you should stop bothering them. RUN. ~Alex

Saturday February 26,2022 at 8pm. I went in this establishment with a kind and gentle spirit. The employee on this night was a very mean and arrogant employee. His attitude stinks like a rotten onion. I gave him my lottery tickets in his hand and an ink pen that he let me use back in his hands. I asked for a receipt and he answered me with a funky attitude. Then he put my tickets on the counter when I had my hand out. I asked him to put the ticket and receipt in my hand like I gave them to him and he refused angrily. So it was a back and forth push with my tickets until he decided to pick them up and smashed them in my hand. Then he said I caused his first fight of his day. I responded by saying it wasn’t a fight it was a discussion. Even though I was very upset I stayed calm throughout the ordeal. Before leaving I did let him know he has horrible customer service skills and that I’ll never purchase anything there again while he’s working there ever. Also that I was going to file a complaint on him. He needs to be retrained on public service again or he needs to be at his home until he learn some manners. ~Esperanza

And that you can see the result on the picture. and also the guy in the market told me there is a paper on the machine that written out of order. you can never see this paper. maybe you need magnifying glass. 2 time tried 4 dollars for nothing. ~Aykut

I had very bad experience in this gas station week before , I stopped at this location for gas at 7:45 in morning , my doctors appointment was at 8:15 , So gas was very low , I put my credit card in machine and screen was showing nothing , then suddenly screen showed pickup nozzle and select grade , in one second again machine asking me please instant credit card while card was already inside , then machine screen showed me to put card inside , So finally I decide to cancel it , So when I cancel it then card stuck in the machine , then I press the help button and no one help me then I went inside at counter I explain the problem to the employee lady and she said I can’t help you because I have customer here , I ask her if anyone can help me , she said unfortunately no any other person is here . I told her I have a doctors appointment 8:15 , but said sorry I can’t do anything , then I try to pull card out after some time finally card came out and it was dammed , I left without filling gas , by the time I reached doctors office it was 8:30 . I will never go back to this gas station again , I was so disappointed for service and machines , everyone be careful . ~Jagpal

I have been coming to this location for about 5 years now. I purchased cartons of cigarettes and pack’s too. I went in this morning to get a carton and the person behind the counter called for management to ask if he could take the coupons off for the cigarettes. The manager stated it had to be individual pkgs only. I’ve been using the same coupons for years. Not sure why this manager wouldn’t take this time. I spend more then $300 a month here. So now because they won’t except them I will go for gas and cigarettes somewhere else. By the way, this location go through employees all the time. There must be a problem with management here! ~Vincent
