I love this place, the employees are all super at their jobs. I use the grocery pickup service alot, and I don't usually complain but a couple items I received last visit were just not edible as soon as I got them home. My favorite service in your store is the pharmacy, simply the best!

This is one of the more up-to-date Tom thumb locations. They have the standard variety and I always think of Tom thumb has better quality produce than a Kroger does. Everything went well here I know they're in the middle of remodeling a bit but it's a great store and it's conveniently located.

I come here often but it looks like I’ll have to start shopping elsewhere because the produce is constantly rotten. Too high of a price to pay when you have to throw out half the food you bought because it is literally black inside. To follow up with this review: I stopped in here again today against my best judgement. Only bc it was quick and convenient. I was in a hurry and grabbed the first rolls I saw in the front of the rest. I didn’t grab from the back, just the front one! I got home to find out they are expired and molded!

This was my first time at this store and I got to meet Michelle. She works at baked goods and is the nicest and kindest person you ever want to meet. She went out of her way to help me with something. Got to meet another lady who works there but didn't get her name. She was also great. Thank you Michelle! If I am ever at the store, I will look for you!

The greeting for the bakery person was so sweet and we didn't need anything there. So clean and spacious. Though under remodel .. the visit was seamless. Love it.

This is the worst grocery store. The Tom Thumb rewards app doesn't work properly and the store customer service is very poor. Last Saturday I was charged more on my groceries because the app didn't work on some of my grocery items but I was told that their customer service is closed so there is nobody to give me back my refund. When I insisted they refunded me from one of their cash register and the cashier said that this is the only time he is doing it since the customer service is closed. This cashier is the same person who works at the customer service and always has excuses for the app not working.
