I visit the dollar tree often., frankly because I’m a mom on a budget and just love the dollar store. But from now on will drive completely out of my way to the next dollar tree down the road because of the manager at this store. She was a white lady with red hair. Monday 10/10. I did not catch her name because I was so shook up by what happened. I keep meaning to contact corporate about my experience but literally have been so busy. But definitely wanted to make sure I left a review.

Bad to awful service. The black lady in the register have a really bad attitude with customers. Simple like that. She need to be fired if this franchise wants to keep itself in business. I will never comeback here.

Rude employee thought we should do her job! Store was messy and out of stock and NO WONDER with employees like that. I will never visit this location again! Store #6083 needs to just shutdown. No stock and employees with bad attitudes!!

The lady looks like the manager is quite rude to customer and complain about customers in front of every and claiming to close the store because she's done with custome, although haven't seen any rude customers just been aggressive.

The doller tree on 6205 Coit rd, plano..man what an awful customer service I have ever dealt with. The black lady who was claiming to be a manager soo disrespectful, manner less towards customer...when I was telling her this is not the way she supposed to talk to the customer then she got more rude and denied my transaction with saying to leave the store and threatening me to call the cops. I was confused, felt disgusted, and left empty handed. I would not recommend to anyone go to that store until there is some changes. I have added the photo of the lady did it to me.

The lady that works in there is the most distrustful person I've seen in my life I asked her how you doing was giving no response asked again and she didn't response nor said thank you for anything while I was leaving she had the guts to walk away and say I had an attitude with her we asked for the manager who heard us but decided not to say a word to her like she was gonna beat him this is the worst dollar tree I've been to I have over 20 families live in the area no one will be going here anymore get your staff right I'm totally disgusted she should be fired ASAP and I will be contacting the corporate

The lady cashier on Dollar Tree Coit road and spring creek is very aggressive and very rude to customers. I don't think she is the right person for the job. Dollar stores always have good and nice staff I first time experienced this lady. I recommend not to go to this Coit road and spring creek dollar store. I will tell all my friends and family not to use this store services.

This is the best Dollar Tree have ever visited. They have added a $3 - $5 aisle with products I use frequently. Found great bathroom rugs, door mats, towels. The quality of these items is way above the price. Place is always well stocked. This Dollar Tree is not the nearest to me, but the only one I will go to now. I would like to send out a special compliment to the gentleman that cashiers, he bags items carefully, wrapping fragile items and knows what good customer service is and provides in spades.
