I have been coming to this location for about 5 years now. I purchased cartons of cigarettes and pack’s too. I went in this morning to get a carton and the person behind the counter called for management to ask if he could take the coupons off for the cigarettes. The manager stated it had to be individual pkgs only. I’ve been using the same coupons for years. Not sure why this manager wouldn’t take this time. I spend more then $300 a month here. So now because they won’t except them I will go for gas and cigarettes somewhere else. By the way, this location go through employees all the time. There must be a problem with management here!

The employees decide when to open and close randomly. Rather go out of the way to a QT.

I went in for a fountain drink, came out and my car was stolen on 12/22/2021. The police was able to recover my car but my vehicle sustained some damages. Furthermore my personal belongings were nowhere to be found. I have reported this incident to Racetrac and I was told they would not help reimburse for my personal belongings or my deductible for my car. This particular location is the worst. They let homeless people hang around. ITS Not safe at all and Racetrac doesn’t CARE about their paying customers. I mean come on they hire an off duty officer due to this incidents.

I "would" like Race Track for accepting EBT card payments but LOOK AT THIS: if you purchase items for a special discount advertised and the cashier rings it up wrong....and your EBT is processed with the wrong price..... they can't refund to the EBT card AND you won't be allowed to buy your items at the special price anymore that day. INSANE POLICY. This is what the manager told me at 1:30 pm this afternoon. As if all EBT customers are trying to rip off this store. Race Track Inc. should be ashamed of itself!

I actually like this store, I am posting to comment on my experience with one of the managers named "PATRICK". The guy is rude, condesending, and has no interest in helping customers resolve issues. I've seen him in the past act this way towards customers and I just figured he was stressed or having a bad day. Tonight, I had an issue, and attempted to discuss it with him. The issue was the price of several items that I regularly purchase. This particular item has been this price for several months at least. The past week or so they have been offering a manufacturers discount that gives a price reduction of $0.50 for each item. I typically purchase 4 at a time, and several days ago I made the exact same purchase. With the discount my price was $2.00 less than normal price i have been paying for months. Tonight however, I made the exact same purchase and was charged an extra $2.00. This I questioned, and that's when Patrick became rude and condesending. I showed him the proof...which was on the RECEIPT I was given, and he still refused to help or even consider that he was mistaken. I asked for contact information for HIS supervisor...his response....not gonna happen. The $2.00 was quickly no longer the issue...it was his poor attitude and unwillingness to even consider he may have made a mistake. I will be escalating this to higher management...hopefully they will think more of their customers. As a side note...the one star is ONLY for Patrick...as I said...I actually like the store and the other employees.

I stopped in on Saturday morning at 11 am. Two employees behind the register and one behind the food station.... it wasn't busy. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and for the first time at any Racetrack was told that they stopped making them at 10.... there were none i could buy and heat up myself... nothing... decidely inconvenient convenience store. There's a Quicktrip just down the road from me... i'll be going there going forward. For any managers reading this it was 8/24/19

Awesome customer service. I had to pick up several large containers of tea for a party and one of the workers saw me struggling to carry it. He rushed over to help and then carried it out to my car. Excellent service and totally unexpected. It’s the small things that make a big difference!

Long wait. Brandi stood in front of counter next to people checking out in a long line. Constantly talking to cashier distracting her. "Do you have a nail file? I could really use one". Nothing work related. Definitely wouldn't have wasted 10 minutes if she wasn't talking and would have saved a ton of time if she opened a register since she was in uniform.

One of the employees really had my back this morning. I regularly stop in for coffee and breakfast before work without issue, and the employees are always friendly. Today, however, I was stopped by a man in the parking lot. He made me a bit uneasy with some of his questions, and I'm not certain if the cause of his behavior was mental or drug induced, but I was struggling a bit to get away from him. I didn't want to turn my back to him. Apparently he had been behaving suspiciously before my arrival and a female employee had her eye on him, noticing when he stopped me. She caught the attention of a nearby police officer, who distracted the man from me, and then she walked with me inside. The situation may have been nothing, perhaps just a confused man seeking company, but the fact that she kept an eye out for me meant a lot. I wish I had gotten her name so that I could thank her.
