I did the online order and it took them forever to prepare my food. I first set at the speaker, and no one came on it. I was at the speaker for 10 mins. I set in line for 30mins. To get old food. The fries were old, and my chicken strips were old. I asked for fresh fries and fresh chicken strips. And they still gave me old chicken strips. Not fresh. Bad customer service.

I ordered the shrimp combo not the crumbs combo I don't know what kind of shrimp comes to this store but it wasn't giving what it suppose to gave the doors are ALWYS locked so u can't go in and line is wrapped around the building it's so unprofessional I feel at this point they just need to CLOSE 🤦🏾♀️

The Visit to popeye's for lunch was slightly disappointing. I placed my order on the mobile app and I selected for my food to be ready as soon as possible. When I arrived about 7 minutes after my my promise time, my food was not ready. The good news is the cashier quickly found my receipt and made my order. Unfortunately the unfortunately the bathrooms were unattended, comma and I believe that was due to the restaurant being Understaffed.

Very, very ghetto, slow, and unprofessional. Inside is STILL closed and line stay wrapped around the corner twice. I could not complete a door dash order because of this. The line barely moves! If your inside is going to remain closed, then you need to move quickly and also disable online ordering completely!!! This is the worst location I ever been too!!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and was highly disappointed. The chicken was so tough I could barely eat it. It was over cooked or re-cooked. Needless to say I'll not go back. You have to use the drive through as they keep the dining room closed.

This Popeyes location is in a convenient place. It it near other fast food places but is a good place on it's own. Sometimes there is a wait due to labor shortages but this restaurant is solid and the workers work hard. There are some seasonal items on the menu which changes every few months. There biscuits and red beans and rice are the best around for a fast food restaurant and may be better than some restaurants. It's a good Popeyes and if one is ever in a mood for red beans and rice, biscuits, fried chicken or other southern cuisine, Popeyes is the restaurant of choice.

NO MASKS AND BAD SERVICE! I ordered on the app today for lunch and chose the pick up inside option. When I arrived the inside was closed there was a line wrapped around the building that I stayed in for 30 minutes. I ordered popcorn shrimp but instead I received a container of s**t. What type of inconsiderate, under achieving idiots would make a person wait in line for 30 minutes and then give them something old and inedible!? it was a waste of my entire lunch break and I will be returning for a refund when I get off. Also, at lunch the Manager didn’t have a mask on. I asked if she was supposed to have one on she said yes and put it on. When I returned at about 430 the cashier didn’t have a mask on. Why does the manager have a mask but her employees don’t?

Ugh! This location always has a high turnover of employees and the customer service is always less than ok. Sometimes there is a language barrier and then you just get these teenagers who they don't seem to train much on how to service and treat customers. Anytime I've gone, 60% of the time my order is just ok. The rest of the time something about the order isn't great. The chicken would be old, the order would be wrong, and they skimp on the sides. This time it was the sides. I got a tiny scoop of potatoes with barely any gravy and my beans and rice looked like they had used a cup that was previously used or poured some out before giving it to me.

My food was hot and fresh… but half of my beans wasted in the bag because they failed to tell me that they used soft drink lids for the red beans instead of the appropriate lid… so beans wasted everywhere!! Only the drive thru was open so I didn’t waste my time knocking on the door like I saw another guy do… just to be ignored! My food was hot and fresh but I was upset about my beans… sides are to expensive to just receive half of what you pay for! Communication is key…. They could’ve just told me to tie the bag up or something…

This location must have ONE person chasing the chickens around the restaurant, same person plucking each chicken then after butchering he turns on the grease waits for it to get hot and then batters and fry's the chicken. All while taking customer orders just to say he/she is being attentive... then starts the process all over... This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had... fast food!?!? More like a sit in your car restaurant... what takes so long!?! Why has corporate not been alarmed about this?!? If this is what it takes to have a business then let me know! Ridiculous! And and and! Sometimes they only take cash!!!! Their credit card machine is always down! What gives!!! Some one is pocketing money.... Hmmmm
