I ordered document shredding from Office Depot and they subcontracted the job to Iron Mountain. Iron Mountain never contacted us to schedule pick-up, and when called, referred us back to Office Depot. Office Depot only referred us to Iron Mountain. Nobody in either company was interested in taking responsibility for this order.

I received excellent customer service. I stopped in to have some double-sided copies made for a school activity next week. My copies were printed within in minutes. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful.

Horrible customer service!! I went to just make a shipping label for my business and the printer wasn't connecting. There were 3 associates behind the counter doing their best to avoid me and another customer who was also trying to make a copy. I asked for assistance but got nothing but attitude and charged 5$ for a copy I never received. Never again.

What a rip-off! Stopped by for some printer ink and got confused. The HP62XL ink was on the shelves with three different prices, about $54, $51, and $41. The on-line price (and everywhere else) is $41. So I grabbed the ones marked $51 and $41 assuming one of them would come up with the proper price. BOTH came up $51!! Needless to say I walked out empty handed and won't walk back in.

The Young Lady that worked at Copy station was very rude. When I was having difficulty with copier She stated no one has had an issue before and made other Smart and Condescending Remarks.

Customer service these days is subpar but after encountering Ms. Dana and Mr. John today they have restored my faith. Their customer service was top notch and on point. Mr. John greeted me immediately and was ready to help with my purchase. His personality was laid back and would cut up with me. Ms. Dana was so sweet and helped me with my purchases. She made sure I had everything I needed. With several customers waiting she worked the room with ease and was hustling. A big thank you to Ms. Dana and Mr. John for their professionalism and kindness!

Alex was so friendly and helpful and went out his way to help us get an office chair. He even tried out the chairs with us to help us get the right fit and he went up to the front of the store to bring us back a measuring tape to help measure heights for the chair. As a result, we got the the most comfortable chair and size for me. We could not have made this purchase without Alex. He made the experience fun and easy.

My go to place for any printing needs, office supplies, furniture and shipping supplies. They can handle anything from brochures and business cards to large posters all the same day! Besides, it’s only a minute away from work! Great people! If you need something printed ask for Paul. There is absolutely nothing he can’t handle.
