Got a new passport photo taken in this store today. Staff were friendly and it only took 5-10 minutes. It was nice being able to get this done by appointment easily scheduled on the website. Very convenient

If you want to ship something, there is no better place to go! I called Eddie and explained that I needed to ship a big, heavy mechanical pump with a pulley attached. Let’s just say this thing was not going in a box and certainly wasn’t nice and square. Oh, and it weighed about 70lbs. He and I got this thing into the store and he took charge. He determined the best way to manage it was to strap it to a pallet and get it freighted to its destination. Before it left his building it was shrink wrapped and strapped down, guaranteed to travel safely! I can confirm that other UPS stores in the area COULD NOT handle this type of item (I asked, they declined). Eddie is a PRO and can and will handle your delivery. Simply the best at what they do!

What a wonderful experience I had at the UPSstore today. I was returning packages to Amazon and my server was so helpful in gathering all the information I needed like the code. I was so thankful. Everything went off without a hitch and my refund is on the way back. I’m so glad they are close.
