Grayson was so very kind. I inadvertently came in right at closing today. Had it not been for the customer in front of me apologizing for keeping him late with an issue, I wouldn’t have even known. I offered twice to come back another day because I had like 8 returns and he wouldn’t hear it. He was sincere, funny, efficient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. Much appreciated!

Apparently this store is under new management in the last six months. I go there for printing mostly, ordering online and then picking them up at the store. The last couple times the online part has been very slow, but when I go in to the store to see if it's ready they are always friendly and get it done on the fly. Apparently the website is slow to get them the notification...anyway...I'll keep going to this store. They are trying hard to keep customers :-)

I used to like going to this store for my printing and shipping needs. But today I had a bad experience. I wanted a few pages printed and so, just like in the past, I sent my documents via email to the store. What I did not know is that the store now charges $5 as computer fees each time you send them an email. This was not the case in the past when I got documents printed here. They charged $15 as computer fees! And on top of that, they charged me for 50 black and white copies, where as I only had 26. And they charged me for 27 color copies instead of the 7 I had. I only checked my receipt when I got back home and I had to return to the store to get a refund for the extra copies they added to my receipt. I like to do business with local owners, but next time I need print outs, I am going to Staples or the public library.

Dropping off Amazon returns is so easy with this location. Everyone is friendly and they make the process easy and fast. No boxes, no printing out return slips. Just drop and go.

James was so personable and friendly and did a great job. Daniel as well. These two deserve employee of the month! I look forward to seeing them again next time. It’s people like this that keeps bringing me back.

Came in to the ups store to drop off a package there were about 5 people in the back sitting down and one up front helping the customers. James did a very good job. He was already helping the person in front of me and I was kind of upset because I thought that I would have to wait. He pulled me to the side register and quickly had me on my way. He even told a joke and had every customer in the store smiling. I was really impressed with the customer service and will definitely make this my home store. Keep up the good work

Amazing staff. I was bringing in a big heavy box to drop off all by myself. The worker saw me struggling and came outside to help me get it out of my car and into the shop. I've worked with this gentleman a few times and he is always great! I wish I paid attention to his name tag so I could name them here, but awesome job!

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. Words cannot express my most severe disappointment in the quality of a recent packing job of a desktop that you did for my son. The package itself was heavily damaged. He also asked that the inside of the Desktop be packed ... and it wasn't. Complete disregard for his request. He asked for pictures to be taken and sent to him of the packing, and that didn't happen. It is like you 100% could not have cared less that this $3200+ desktop arrive in the pristine condition it left your store in. Things are dented, bent, broken, and dislodged. Unacceptable. Truly Unacceptable.

James went above and beyond in customer service today. He made sure I received my refrigerated package before the store closed, waiting for me to arrive. And was so nice about it! The store overall has personable professional workers and having our mailbox there is so convenient. Highly recommend.

This is my go to store for shipping and returns. The staff is always attentive and ready to assist. I can always count I will be in and out in spite of lunch rush. Special James always greets with a smile and is very courteous.
