Best packaging supply store in Cary, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Came in to the ups store to drop off a package there were about 5 people in the back sitting down and one up front helping the customers. James did a very good job. He was already helping the person in front of me and I was kind of upset because I thought that I would have to wait. He pulled me to the side register and quickly had me on my way. He even told a joke and had every customer in the store smiling. I was really impressed with the customer service and will definitely make this my home store. Keep up the good work ~Rayshawn

Hope you’re not in a hurry - or have nothing better to do than wait in line. This location used to be really good. Recently I’ve found them to be glacially slow and honestly not professional, sometimes talking for a long time when there are up to 10 people in line. At least this has been my past few experiences. Update: after waiting 30 minutes in line they informed me that their scanner isn’t working and they can’t scan the UPC needed to print a prepaid label. Lacking customer service and bad equipment - they shouldn’t be in the shipping business. Either way, they’ve lost mine. ~D
