This store has a wonderful team, whomever the owner of this franchise, just know that this store is ran with integrity. Ive been coming to this store for years and I haven’t had a bad experience yet: I was in the store today and witness the most ugliest transaction I’ve ever witnessed. The Manager Chris, was helping a customer and all of a sudden the customers wife just starts shouting at him, she called him a liar and told him to shut up. All i know is if that were me it would have played out differently. Chris handled the situation very well, and before anyone gets online and attacks his character, Chris did an amazing Job handling the customer. His customer service skills are always superb with me. Even when i call and he answers he has always had a great attitude.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star to this store. I just visited this store to return my ring device with a prepaid label. In the email, there was an option to scan the code and bring the package to any UPS store. There was one guy who was not ready to scan that code and charged 25 cents for the printing label. And this doesn't stop here, after that he tried to charge me for putting one tape for $2.50 or you buy new tape for 4$. I didn't have any other option as I came from a long way and had to buy tape. I never had such experience with any UPS store. This is really the worst experience and especially with that guy who was so rude and I am going to escalate this matter to UPS management and the company who sent me this label. ridiculous!!!!! BAN this store!!!

I was just at the 5448 store apex nc, it’s 8:49am and the man with the dreads was EXTREMELY rude and talked condescendingly too me and made me cry , I just wanted to return some packages and he just made my day really sad. Will not be returning

I love coming to the UPS store Geraldine is a outstanding employee' stop by there today to mail package she was having problems printing my return label she wouldn't stop until she figured it out. I would love to have a employee like her working for me. I wish I could give her more stars I would.

Before they moved next door the workers were nice and friendly and very helpful. I went in today to their new location and the lady worker I had was rude and extremely unhelpful. I didn't ship ANYTHING I needed to. I emailed the label twice from two different email apps and they didn't get it. They wanted to charge me for tape to tape up the box AND $0.27 for the label printing.

This place used to be just fine, I have been going here for years. However, with employees changing in the past few months, it has gotten pretty awful. The lines are always backed up with some employees chatting away in the back, some of them are downright rude and incompetent. All this for a normally seamless Amazon return/drop-off. They can't for the life of them figure out how to take multiple returns when put on one barcode and they try to charge the customers so they can send the items away as Amazon consignment. This store sure knows how to offer terrible service and waste one's time.

Geraldine is WONDERFUL! She is kind. She is incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile while somehow incredibly multitasking and keeping everyone processing quickly. I have never seen her sit back or get a break. She is willing to help list problem solve and genuinely does it with such joy that I actually look forward to going I’m doing errands.

Unfortunately the new staff are rude, unhelpful and extremely disorganized. An experienced manager should be in during peak hours. 2 employees and only one was helping customers even with the line out the door. The other just walked around in the back. The 2 employees were actually arguing with each other while there were 15 people in line. Been going to this location for years and never had a horrible experience. Customers were walking out left and right.

I don’t understand when I see other people complain that all supplies are not provided for free. The UPS store is a very convenient drop off location for Amazon, which is a company that is unrelated to UPS. Amazon and UPS could literally not make it any easier for us to consumer. Geraldine and Vanessa are amazing! I appreciate their help and assisting me getting my package ready to send back to Amazon. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you!!!

Geraldine is awesome! She’s always to the point and friendly and goes above and beyond to help the customers. I had a situation where I was being scammed by a buyer of some expensive items and we were able to get my pkg back before it was too late. She truly saved me over $1000. I can’t thank her enough.
