Best office supply store in Durham, North Carolina (NC) 2024

This is the best UPS store in South or near South Durham. Might be the best in the state. I'm not sure if the young man is the owner or the manager. But he seems to have made a big difference at this store. At least I've noticed the difference since he's arrived. Lines used to be out the door. Now it flows like you're in a Chick-fil-A drive-thru. ~Robby

Customer service these days is subpar but after encountering Ms. Dana and Mr. John today they have restored my faith. Their customer service was top notch and on point. Mr. John greeted me immediately and was ready to help with my purchase. His personality was laid back and would cut up with me. Ms. Dana was so sweet and helped me with my purchases. She made sure I had everything I needed. With several customers waiting she worked the room with ease and was hustling.
