Everyone at this location has offered excellent customer service ever since I have interacted with them. I have utilized them for notary services, my mailbox and other postal needs. Thank you for always giving me service with a smile!

It's an ok experience with helpful staff (including notary services), until UPS itself messes up. We sent a passport via this store (as required by an embassy) and UPS stole/lost it. The embassy provided photo evidence of the received envelope from UPS, opened from the side (anonimized attached). Since a mandatory waiver must be signed upon sending, they can only reimburse up to $100. Good team, helplessly unreliable company. Unless the reported incident gets resolved, which seems unlikely based on calls with customer service, one star.

I have gone here a few times and never had an issue. The more complicated the shipping the longer the time you wait. They always seem to have more than one person working which prevents log jams. I dont ship a ton but the location and staff makes it painless when I do.

The BEST UPS store ever. Quick & very friendly staff. Went in there today & in few seconds I was leaving. I drive nearly 7 miles to go to that store on Fayetteville Rd. Thank you staff for all you do!!

This is the best UPS store in South or near South Durham. Might be the best in the state. I'm not sure if the young man is the owner or the manager. But he seems to have made a big difference at this store. At least I've noticed the difference since he's arrived. Lines used to be out the door. Now it flows like you're in a Chick-fil-A drive-thru.

Probably the best UPS store I’ve been to. So far I’ve only returned Amazon products at the store so I can’t speak of other services. I like some other stores which are only open until 6 PM or so, this store opens till 7:30 on weekdays which is very convenient for someone who wants to send or return some thing after work. The staff are also very kind.

I love this store for all my shipping and packaging needs. One employee in particular named Charlie helped me return cable equipment and ensured it would be shipped and done correctly in a matter of minutes! He was very friendly and always a quick and easy service when I visit the store.

Would give zero star if possible. Employees at this location needs more training. One of the employees charged UPS price ($100+) and shipped my priority mail via USPS. I found this out by filing an inquiry through USPS, and the actual cost was shown as $60+. The last update I got was on late Feb, but I am still hoping my mail is not missing. I pray day and night and wish the mail can at least return to me. I absolutely will not recommend this location.
