Best fast food restaurant in Irving, Texas (TX) 2024

NO MASKS AND BAD SERVICE! I ordered on the app today for lunch and chose the pick up inside option. When I arrived the inside was closed there was a line wrapped around the building that I stayed in for 30 minutes. I ordered popcorn shrimp but instead I received a container of s**t. What type of inconsiderate, under achieving idiots would make a person wait in line for 30 minutes and then give them something old and inedible!? it was a waste of my entire lunch break and I will be returning for a refund when I get off. Also, at lunch the Manager didn’t have a mask on. I asked if she was supposed to have one on she said yes and put it on. When I returned at about 430 the cashier didn’t have a mask on. Why does the manager have a mask but her employees don’t? ~Zalika

The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can eat inside the restaurant or you can order to take away. There are places to sit. The chicken was fresh, hot and flavourful. There are also very tasty sandwiches. French fries was awesome, they have reasonable prices and are not expensive. Another advantage is that it is halal for those who only eat halal. I recommend it and highly recommend it. ~Ammar

Not sure what kind of chicken this is, but it’s not the origin chicken I got last week!! Salty dark brown skin!! This is not the batter they typically use and it’s nasty as hell!! The macaroni is over cooked and gummy just ugh ~Temeka
