The five stars are for Ryan! I called customer service for help with my first Amazon Drop off Return! He actually stayed with me on the phone while I parked AND helped me bring my heavy package to the drop off desk (which was a lot farther in than I expected so I'm glad I didn't risk dropping my return item). He also placed the item on the desk for me and made my first drop off experience so quick and easy. Thanks for all you're help Ryan! (And also to the gentleman that was so patient with my very slow phone. I didn't catch his name) y'all are awesome! (Here's to hoping my item is safely returned to Amazon!)

Went to Kohls to return my Amazon items. The store looked clean minus the big area where it was dripping wet from the rain. The lady in the back who was working the Amazon station was very nice and helpful despite her scanner & printer giving her technical difficulties. These stars are for her, thank you Stacy for being patient and helping me. The machines were giving her issues and I went to go ask for help for her since she couldn't leave the station. The ladies we asked for help from were so rude and unhelpful towards me and their coworker Stacy.

This Kohl’s decided to hold a line up to see if my $100 dollar bill was real! She wanted to go get the manger…had no problem with that at all. However, the lady that was in front of me paid with a hundred dollar bill and she wasn’t checked at all! This will be my last time going to kohl’s!

A very well maintained store with courteous and helpful staff. Returns for Amazon are easy and fast. You just need to drop off the stuff you have to return. The people at the desk are warm and welcoming.

Customers make a mess physically of the men's garments, and don't bother folding them or leaving them at sales counter. Very few employees on duty to refold and/or reorganize. I couldn't buy because I was unable to locate britches in my size. Kohl's and other physical retail outlets should charge admission to enter store. $10 for a crying baby, $5 per teen, and all other ages a dollar. That solves some of the shopping experience problems.

Great store. I like that they give you option to take back your Amazon orders. The people that handle that section of the store are always so fast at getting your shipment back to Amazon. I usually get my refund back within 24 hours. They are also very friendly Keep up the good work Kohls team!!!

Dress collections are good and pretty. Show room display and other settings are good. We will have a different feel comparing to other dress showrooms. They are cleaning the floor and cashier counter's frequently.But show room has displayed clearance and low price which is not fit for the dress. Also this show room is bit costly comparing to other show room. You have to pay a minimum of 10$ for purchasing a dress. Try this show room if you have enough money...

Located in right place where you have wholesale warehouses, big groceries , restaurants , retail , theAtre. Coming to Kohl’s - clean and good, inventory . Staff nice and ok . May not be biggest outlet there but site to store shopping is good and customer service area is easy to locate. Like kids stuff and inventory in good conditions. It busy always and big parking space . Shopping carts are ok but not in very new condition . Near to highway.
