The five stars are for Ryan! I called customer service for help with my first Amazon Drop off Return! He actually stayed with me on the phone while I parked AND helped me bring my heavy package to the drop off desk (which was a lot farther in than I expected so I'm glad I didn't risk dropping my return item). He also placed the item on the desk for me and made my first drop off experience so quick and easy. Thanks for all you're help Ryan! (And also to the gentleman that was so patient with my very slow phone. I didn't catch his name) y'all are awesome! (Here's to hoping my item is safely returned to Amazon!) ~Sophianie
