This branch has the worst customer service. I went to withdraw cash and handed my drivers license and Raoul, the customer service rep was very unprofessional. He first told me his scanning machine won’t recognize the id and I responded that’s not my problem which he took offense and started acting surly. The supervisor all this time was standing next to him and never bothered interjecting to address his unprofessional behavior. I will be taking my personal and business account else where. You hold my money and create all these problems when it comes to withdrawing is just ridiculous.

The ATM quite literally never works. Hasn't let me pull cash out for almost a year. I just tried to deposit some cash today, and the machine sucked in nearly 500 dollars and then threw an error on the screen. It took 5 or 6 minutes for it to spit my money back out, and the screen never changed. Luckily it unlocked my card, but still the screen was frozen. Not being able to pull cash is one thing, but failing once someones cash is in the machine is REALLY not cool. Meanwhile the location just up the road has worked flawlessly so this is location specific and not user error. This is supremely irritating and I thought Chase had higher standards than this.

This bank only has 1 ATM machine outside. You can't use an indoor one (after hours) and it is always busy at this location. The staff is kind here, but I wish they would add another machine.

Need to talk to a banker about a transaction, but “our banker is on vacation and we only have one, do you want to make an appointment for two weeks from now?” Why is this branch even open? It provides zero value.

I can see why the reviews are 2 star. Rude. Disgusting. And don’t know how to talk to people also gets very loud and starts screaming at people. Worst bank to bank with. Then when they yell over you they start cursing , you out in Arabic , it’s crazy! Worst people to deal with. Stay away from this bank unless you want high blood pressure. Disgusting. They never have a manager and they always talk with disgust and they just don’t know how to treat people.

I hesitated going here just because of the horrible reviews, but I noticed all the chase locations are like that. I'm not a fan of the company, but I keep chase for the convenience factor. Haven't had any issues bc I haven't really needed them for anything other than the most basic stuff. I probably go to the bank once every year..I've been to this location twice so far and everyone has been super friendly and nice, no problems here.

Do not go here. I am a loyal chase customer for 15 years and I wrote a check that an employee at this location refused to cash. He claimed to the recipient of the check that it had been cancelled. The manager was then called in to ask the recipient of the check to leave stating that he could not be there. I called to confirm that the check had not been cancelled and that there was nothing wrong with the check or account in any way and was told by chase that there was no issue at all. To the branch manager, I have reported you to chase HQ. You were extremely rude to a potential customer and your employee flat out lied to that person. I hope the are repercussions for your actions. Based on the ratings and reviews I can see of this branch already, sounds like my experience was not unique. If I could give no stars I absolutely would.

Had an appointment at 11:00 AM. Lady it the front was nice but the banker Maria didn’t show up to her shift today. They were able to find me the closest banker but when I showed to the next Chase Bank. They said the lady didn’t communicate with them about our appointment situation. Its just a frustrating situation.
