The worst post office ever!!! I had my mail forward on Feb.1 to Sunkiss Village RV Park in Summerfield, FL. I didn't receive anything by the 16th. So I when to Summerfield Post Office to ask about it. The lady wasn't nice she went to the back. After a little bit came back with one piece of mail. She said that she not waiting for them to sort the mail. That was my mail for Feb. 1, but only one piece of. That is 16 days & still no mail. The post master should be fired!!! I'm not the only one having this problem with this post office. This is a import time of the year with tax time. And it not my post office back home. I can not come back next year because I can't get mymail.

So according to the post office Amazon isn’t suppose to leave small packages in mail box. So the carrier decided to throw it on the ground where anyone driving by could get it. This is unacceptable and pure laziness. People should do their job the right because someone is always watching. So just be on the look out that if you have a package in your mailbox from Amazon don’t expect the postal service to leave it in there.

I used this post office for passport services because it's in a somewhat rural setting and I thought the service would be quicker than a post office in Ocala. Quick? It sure was. I had an appointment, and was waited on promptly. Dianne, the postal clerk was so polite and professional. She reviewed my application, informed me on the rest of the process, and told me to stop back if I had any questions. Five star service, for sure.

If this isn’t the worst post office in the country it has to be in the top three. I have had packages lost there for days. Never when a package arrives from FedEx or ups one day does it arrive the next as it should. Post master has an attitude and an excuse for all there failures. If there was absolutely any other way to receive a package I would take it

I'm sitting on my porch and the mail arrives. They sit there and take the time to write a sorry we missed you note for a package and drove off. If they wouldn't of been so lazy they could of looked to the left and seen me watching them. I paid for their package service. I also pay my taxes which in return pays them.

We go out of our way to drive from The Villages to use this post office. Not super busy, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Such a relief to have our mail in such good hands. Great job.

According to tracking, I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. They said that they didn’t have access to deliver the package, but we were home all day. I called to see if I could go pick my package up and I got nowhere. I just got a 1-800 number that didn’t allow me to talk to anyone.

Summerfield Post Office has excellent service. All the employees I’ve met or spoke with on the phone are extremely dedicated and well mannered. They always welcome you when you’re in person and move quite rapidly to help you along with correctly. This is by far the best postal office I’ve been to.

If I could give a negative feedback I would. My postal delivery person delivered a package to my house in the rain, left if on the front porch, which had no cover from the rain, didn't knock on the door to let us know she delivered it. When I called to complain, her supervisor supported her decision, and stated "I don't know what went on as I was on a boat Saturday and not here". I will never use this poor excuse for a delivery service again.
