The first time I went in, I was asked what I had on my nails. I said, Dip”. The manager insisted it was not dip! She refused to listen, and told the technician it was NOT dip. They never soaked off the old product. Only ground it down and filled it. Today I went in for a manicure. This technician soaked and ground off the old product and there was fungus on one of my nails. She advised me to leave them alone for a couple of weeks to allow the bad area to grow out, and then come back for a manicure. I confronted the manager about her Insistence that I didn’t have dip powder on my nails, which led to this situation. She denied any fault, saying that the technician should have known what product it was— after she had told her that it wasn’t dip. It’s ridiculous that she passed the blame on to an employee. She also tried to blame it on the person who had been doing my nails before I moved here. I’m sorry that I paid $22 for today’s service, but I didn’t want the technician to be penalized. I won’t be returning. The technicians are lovely, but the manager is rude and unprofessional. Service: Manicures

!!!Under NEW Management by Ashley!!!The atmosphere is amazing. Not only is everyone super sweet, but they are quick, even though they were busy, I didn't have to wait. I was blown away how quickly I was sat down. On my lunch break I got a color change and a trim. She did a beautiful job and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will be keeping them as "my salon". Very Professional. Services: Pedicures, Body Waxing, Manicures

WOW!!! Just found out that Sunshine Hair and Nails is under New Management!! I want congratulate new manager Ashley on her promotion!! The staff, especially Receptionist Michelle are very welcoming. I went today to get a full set of new acrylic nails, and for them to just take off the old nails that I got at a different place. They never took them off. I was late because their address was incorrect and I had to find where they were since I was a new comer. Finally they my friend and I got there and they were super rude to us and wanted us out as quickly as possible. He never removed the nails, hurt me by using two different drills, he had put almost 6 layers of nail polish on and now my nails are super hunky looking and uneven. Would’ve been better just to leave my old nails to be honest. I even asked for a decal of 2021 since I’m graduating and it looked horrible, therefore I got it taken off and the managers wife tried to put a whole different color without asking on my nails. They did alright on my friends nail, but she asked for French tip and all they did was put the acrylic on and file. It could’ve been worse I imagine with the reviews I’ve been reading my nail could’ve been completely ruined.

The appointment i had was not started on time. The male person that startes my peficure left as soon as two younger girls came in. After 15 minutes a femaie employee came to finish my pedicure. I was charged more than the previous time. The previous week my manicure appointment timecame and went so after 30 minutes i went some place else. They were unprofessional and rude in my opinion and i will not go back
