They don't let you take advantage of their deals. They don't post a limit sign but choose to limit things in order for you to not get a buy 2 get 1 free deal on things that they advertise. Workers are terrible and lazy. Won't even answer the phone when their own customer care calls them. Also a lot of homeless people in the area make it very sketchy ~Joey

Bank manager Greg was amazingly kind and helpful!!! I really hope that the other staff at the branch get some extra customer service training! Threatening customers who live 1000 miles away that you're going to hang up on them and make them come into the branch! I wish i could of understood her name but she did hang up on me and I called three times and was sent directly to voice mail, the 4th, another employee answered, who didn't really seem to care how I was treated!!!! With absolutely no disrespect, the one who threatened me had broken English, that is the only way I can identify her!!! Thank u Greg for being patient and understanding!!!!! ~Jill

Got my hair cut several months ago (I can't remember who cut my hair, so sorry!). She was very friendly and amazing. I came to her almost in tears because my dead ends were giving me a headache on a daily basis and OTC's were no longer helping. I had nothing specific in mind, asked her to not give me a style I have to work with everyday, and most importantly, I just wanted relief. 😅 She delivered! The cut she gave me is still holding shape several months later. Have not seen a split end since, and my hair is still even after several months of growth! 10/10 will come back for a cut, but next time, I will up her tip! ~Jazzy

I went today to get a full set of new acrylic nails, and for them to just take off the old nails that I got at a different place. They never took them off. I was late because their address was incorrect and I had to find where they were since I was a new comer. Finally they my friend and I got there and they were super rude to us and wanted us out as quickly as possible. He never removed the nails, hurt me by using two different drills, he had put almost 6 layers of nail polish on and now my nails are super hunky looking and uneven. Would’ve been better just to leave my old nails to be honest. I even asked for a decal of 2021 since I’m graduating and it looked horrible, therefore I got it taken off and the managers wife tried to put a whole different color without asking on my nails. They did alright on my friends nail, but she asked for French tip and all they did was put the acrylic on and file. It could’ve been worse I imagine with the reviews I’ve been reading my nail could’ve been completely ruined. ~Morgan

I would give this store a negative star if that was available. The new manager is rude and needs to be demoted!!! He closed and locked the door as a customer was walking through it into the store. He did not say a word, not that they were closing ,nothing. Just locked us out. This use to be my favorite place but I'll definitely be telling my friends Not to go here. ~Pat

Angie was very pleasant to work with during my visit to the store. She was also very helpful with purchasing a new phone. The phone in which I was purchasing had to be ordered, when the phone came in; Angie was willing to stay late until I could get off and make it down to the store. Not many people would be willing to do that. Absolutely great service! ~SherRhonda

My fiancé was asked to leave this store while we just tried to get a polar pop like usual. What happened is a woman parked next to us and turned off her car with two middle sized bred dogs inside. She turned the car off leaving them in 99+ degrees. right away they started barking and were upset. My fiancé confronted the woman and the clerk Ryan was immediately on the woman’s side and asked my fiancé to leave. Regardless we called after and no managers are present today so expect a call tomorrow. Sad do not come here oh and pumps don’t work. Don’t recommend ~Zachary

The worst post office ever!!! I had my mail forward on Feb.1 to Sunkiss Village RV Park in Summerfield, FL. I didn't receive anything by the 16th. So I when to Summerfield Post Office to ask about it. The lady wasn't nice she went to the back. After a little bit came back with one piece of mail. She said that she not waiting for them to sort the mail. That was my mail for Feb. 1, but only one piece of. That is 16 days & still no mail. The post master should be fired!!! I'm not the only one having this problem with this post office. This is a import time of the year with tax time. And it not my post office back home. I can not come back next year because I can't get mymail. ~Marcia
