I came into the store and Walter was able to answer all my questions and set my phone and my wife’s phone but she wasn’t there so we didn’t know her Apple ID or password we stopped at a store on the way home from her work and they didn’t want to help out at all the next day we went back to Walter and he took all the time to help us, I even had more questions about my phone and he was right there for both of us if you are looking for a new phone see Walter and he will treat you right, I’m in sales and rely on commission as well Walter is more about customer service than a commission

I went to the store today to get a new phone and a new line of service. I knew what i wanted. I wanted the iPhone 13 . The staff at the store didn’t want to help me at all. They tried selling me a iPhone 12. I explained to them that I came in to get the iPhone 13. Once again the staff didn’t want to Listen to what i requested. They then said they didn’t have the iPhone 12 in stock. It would have to be ordered. At this point I was extremely dis satisfied with everything so I just left. They didn’t care about anything that I the customer wanted.

This was and is the best experience ever! Aron is the absolute best professional in this business beyond a shadow of a doubt. He is honest and straightforward. His people skills are exceptional and I only wished I had an employee like him in my thirty years as an executive in the insurance industry. He is a real keeper!!

Angie was very pleasant to work with during my visit to the store. She was also very helpful with purchasing a new phone. The phone in which I was purchasing had to be ordered, when the phone came in; Angie was willing to stay late until I could get off and make it down to the store. Not many people would be willing to do that. Absolutely great service!

I had the best experience this past Saturday with Angie as she walked me through my upgrade with superb knowledge and explained details so I would not be “surprised” with any “small print” billing!! Angie was so patient with me even though I walked in at 4:30 and they close at 5:00, Angie only wanted to be sure I was happy and understood the upgrade. I again thank Angie (and Aaron) because I did keep them a bit longer past their closing, but neither of them made me feel uncomfortable and insisted I call with any issues and/or questions!! Great Great Great working with Angie!!

This is the best private Verizon store I've been to the customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable. They have all phones, cases, and speakers available in store ask for Aaron he answers and fix anything in minutes. He works daily seems he always here. Have Verizon use this store for THE VILLAGES.
