I have used this Salon for years to have my hair cut. The service was always amazing. I recently booked a pedicure based on my previous experience. The service was simply the worst pedicure I have ever received. Not only did the technician not speak to me the whole time, my feet were the same when I left as they were when I arrived. The whole experience was no more than 20 minutes. Not even a goodbye from the technician. Clearly did not enjoy doing my pedicure but certainly accepted payment for $100+. After my service (or lack thereof) I received a text which requested a review. I answered just as I am here. To date I have not received one call or text about my experience. Will never return. Jean Marc gave me a fantastic hair cut that was long overdo thanks to the pandemic. He talked me through every step of the process and made absolutely sure I was comfortable at all times. Even though the salon is quite far for me, I will be back. I enjoyed that there was a very clean and lovely fragrance, which I noticed right when I walked in. Everyone was following safety guidelines and wearing masks. All of the staff was very gracious and attentive. Service: Hairstyling

When I first found the salon my hair was a disaster and now I get stopped always with people asking me where I go for my hair? Alex, Rogelio are magicians ! Very talented. Martha gives the best shampoo. Alex gives me a fabulous color. Rogelio gives the best haircut and style in town. I am always greeted so nicely by Dimitri the manager. Rogelio Gonzalez was who cared about my hair and after a good talk about what kind of cut I would like, his suggestions and such an understanding on his side about my needs, we got into the "perfect cut" deal, wich I've enjoyed even on my hair wet! All the professionals that touched my hair just anderstood it and made me feel comfortable and confident about the procedures! Will return for sure!

For years now I have been going to Bal Harbour shops to eat, walk around, shop etc but I never tried Red Market Salon. I finally got a blow out and it was one of the best! The experience is lovely. When you walk into the salon they offer you a beverage of your choice- coffee, champagne, sparkling water... The atmosphere is beautiful and zen-like even though it's a salon. The head massage was one of my favorite parts, the lady who washed my hair really took her time and used a brush that massaged my head. Rogelio did my blow out and it was done so meticulously. Two days later and my hair looked perfect! I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
