I passed by the shop and finally decided to get a bag . The experience was worse then shopping at H&M. Just terrible advisors. I was treated as a second class costumer. 1st they were not friendly at all . Shopping at Chanel should be an experience because at the end of the day it’s a high end store with very expensive items. I wasn’t allowed to touch the bags and try them at first. Haven’t been provided with much options to what I was looking for. And I’ve been presented only the most expensive items I don’t knwo if that was a tactic to be scared away? Anyways I’ve decided to purchase a bag that was from the higher price. Even then I wasn’t explain properly about the warranty or the care of the bag. I wasn’t offered not even a tab water and getting home I didn’t find the authentificaton card of the bag. I now have to go back and ask for it.

Today I came with my wife to purchase a bag that chanel (over the phone) said was in stock at this location. After taking a long drive we were told they close 45 minutes before their actual hours. We asked to speak with the manager explaining we didn't need to shop just check out big mistake as she didn't have a professional bone in her body. She came out to basically yell their policy saying she has been in and out the last 20 minutes telling people they were closed we had been there 20 minutes and didn't see her come out once what we saw was the door man allowing many people to go in without appointment because they were throwing fits when they said they were closed. We are frequent chanel shoppers and never encountered such a rude argumentative representative in our lives cannot believe she manages that location with such poor communication skills. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow. I spend too much within the company for my wife to be yelled at because the manager is unhappy with her job.

Worst customer service ever came 45 minutes before they closed today first the door guy said they were at capacity as I watched them continue to allow people to go in then the manager walked up and said no appointment that I couldn't come in I explained to her I text the other manager Victoria who is a doll but is off that I was coming she said she wasn't notified and refused to let me in saying they close between 45 to 30 minutes its their closing policy another woman said she didn't have an appointment but she was texting an associate and the door guy let her in I explained to the manager that I have been waiting she became so argumentative and unprofessional it was embarrassing. I have purchased a bag in the past at this location but will never go back I drove for and hour and 40 minutes from Parkland to get aggravated by a store manager with terrible policies your hours posted say til 6 you should see customers until 6. I came solely to buy an in-stock item not to browse dragged my husband to be denied entry by a woman who had no tact or customer service skills.

I visited this boutique "" "" of Channel on Saturday, December 18, where I went with my money, neither gifted nor begging !!!!! The line outside was 20 minutes but the store and the employees unoccupied !!! Education and treatment the least and with a lack of education. At the door they ask you what you come to look for, and once inside they did not allow me to go to look at anything else even after the line I had to do !!!!! This store should review its policies and attention to people because it is disrespectful in general and what a horror to visit places like that, where does one go to look and buy if it is to my liking because that is why they are a store, right ??? bye. And here is my receipt!!!!

This store consistently provides the best customer service! Last time I was there, I was impressed with the COVID safety measures. The doorman supplied a mask at the door. He was also kind and polite. All of the sales personnel were wearing masks. I was welcomed like a celebrity and my fashion consultant, Florian Contal, was a doll: he was willing and happy to help in any way he could. The overall message here is loud and clear - - we care about our customers and we care about people.

I don't know how to start but I have the best experiance ever with my SA named Florian, he is the best of the best, I live a little bit further and I shop from other boutiques but I never have such a good customer service intell I met Florian, from now and on I will buy all my futur bags from his boutique even though I live 2h further . For the boutique, it s the best so far, I have been visiting couples but I really like this one. Pretty much they have everything you need. Thank you Chanel for having such a great products.
