my pair of shoes that i paid 900$ for came in a ripped box inside of a gift wrap which was weird since it was packed so nicely but the actual shoe box was damaged. other than that they have a great selection of shoes.

I’m not sure why there was so many negative reviews about this store but I had a great experience today especially Juan in the men’s department on the 3rd floor very professional friendly went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of I would do come back to shop again thank you Juan

Ordered curbside, received email that my order was ready. I arrive, follow all procedures, called phone number repeatedly, text, I even called guest services to speak to a representative. Apparently no one was able to contact curbside. I waited a total of 40 minutes. I was not dressed properly, so I could not go inside to get my order. At this point I’m highly disappointed. I expect to receive quality service when I spend my money, especially with Neiman Marcus prices. I really needed my order today. I called the 1800 #, after another 45 minutes of my day, they tell me I have to call the store and talk directly to curbside to get the item rerouted to my home or if I want a refund I have to wait 10 days! So basically, I have to be inconvenienced because your staff didn’t do their job. Their was no empathy at all for my concern. I do not recommend Neiman Marcus and I will not return due to their poor customer service overall.

I was trying to exchange some off white shoes I bought for my boyfriend for Christmas because I got the wrong size. But, they made the whole process so horrible and i was not pleased at all. Their customer service is horrendous and they make me feel uncomfortable. They don’t know how to treat customers that are shopping there. They made my whole returning process of the shoes more complicated than what it really was. Never going back here again. The staff is not welcoming at all, makes shopping there really difficult. They all look miserable!!! If I could rate it negative stars... I would !!!!!

Jackie in the Tom ford section of colognes was phenomenal. I called a day earlier to see if they had the oud wood and she reassured me that they have it in stock and she will be present for me when I arrive. When I arrived, she greeted me and helped me out the whole time. She even gave me a bottle of water as I wait on her to wrap my gift for my fiancé. She complimented my ring and was so personal and welcoming to me!!! She gave me her business card with her personal cell and offered a discount for the next visit. I never had such great professionalism at a cologne store !! Will visit here soon if needed. And if you need any cologne from Tom ford, ask for Jackie!!!

we go to Bal harbour to do our shopping on a regular basis , however this was the first time we entered this store, we usually like more Saks fith, however we were there trying to find matching shoes for my wife and myself, we we tried to ask for a pair, they were like no you can't try our shoes, you have to tell me your size and I will order it , these are expensive shoes. I mean who says that to a customer, I found it very disgusting and offensive from the store employe, without knowing anything about us. they made us feel bad. thankfully this was the first time I entered this place, and the last, I will stick to Saks fith and the other stores at bal Harbour, this place should just dissapear. they don't have much variety and it is more on the cheaper side of things, which if you go to bal harbour you are definitely NOT looking for it. plus they may treat you bad. so avoid this place at all

I just had the most impressive customer service in a store EVER! I walked in and was greeted by Waldina M. And asked her where I can go to process a return. While most associates then scowl at you she smiled and said follow me I’ll help you! Just as warm and pleasant as can be! I’ll be back, she has to be my new shopper because I just want to give her all the business! Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Everything in the store is incredible and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Found a few good buys, but quite a bit of the collections are way out of our price range.
