7 Best clothing store in Bal Harbour, Florida (FL) 2024

From the moment I got there till the moment I got what I needed for my wife and I 10 year anniversary I was treated with respect. It was a great experience and needless to say it was worth it. ~Matthew

I never write bad reviews as you can see on my profile. I have to be very upset to write. I went to Valentino to buy sunglasses and shoes. The lady who made the saleswoman there at the entrance was upset that I wanted to go inside even though I came with a smile and very nice and nicely dressed. When I started trying on sunglasses and asked for basic information about the size of the glasses, even though this information is a website and it would take her 10 seconds to look, she preferred to answer me in a very unpleasant tone: I don't have such information. When I went from glasses to shoes, the lady was already at the exit and was upset that I was still looking at my shoes and she said to her colleague: I already thought she was leaving. I didn't say anything to the lady and I was still polite, because I wouldn't let anyone spoil my mood, but it was a very unpleasant experience. I came from the movie Pretty Atom. Unfortunately, I don't know the saleswoman's name, but she was an older tall blonde with short hair. the lady saw me being accompanied by a saleswoman from another store, because I am a very good customer and they take very good care of me in other stores. I thought that saleswomen have commissions from sales, but probably not if they can behave like this. Thank you I couldn’t buy anything ~Petra

We bought a gift certificate online for my son. Went into store and they told us it can not be used in the store but only online. So we tried to purchase the same shoes online and it was not available. Horrible customer service and the policy makes no sense. Stay away from store ~Alfredo

I drove all the way from Tamarac to purchase a bag which Bal Harbour Shops’ website for Marni listed to be in stock, which in fact was sold out according to the salesperson. Either the website is misleading/incorrect or the salesperson wasn’t telling the truth. Either way, I am very disappointed. ~Shanice
