We bought a gift certificate online for my son. Went into store and they told us it can not be used in the store but only online. So we tried to purchase the same shoes online and it was not available. Horrible customer service and the policy makes no sense. Stay away from store

Store is ok, decent selection but the shoes are overpriced. Check legit resell sites like StockX or Goat, prices are much better even with shipping. Staff was nice, I guess Manager or Owner was there, cashier rang up a pair of shoes that were stickered one price, when he heard her say the price he said no it's xx, which was more than the sticker price. He said oh that's wrong. The original price was honored for me, but he changed the price on the spot, which was $15 more...

My son won a raffle to be able to buy a shoe that was just released. The shoe retails for $220, I went to pay for the shoe and when I pulled out my credit card, the cashier says there is a $80 premium charge also. I asked why is this, he stated because I can resell them for a lot of money. I am not in the business of buying shoes to resell them, why am I being charged extra? This is horrible business, I will never buy from them again and will let everyone know.

They manipulate the tourists and they're lying about the prices and not clear with you. They sell me a shoes that was 200$ something with a price of 1300$. I was asking they if this was the original/retail price for so many times and kept saying yes and when i travel back to my country i discovered i was fooled. They refused to refund me the money. And they keep saying thats this is only a misunderstanding.
