The chicken sandwich is hard to beat. All food, including sides were hot and tasty. The drink dispenser kept me from giving up 5 stars. There were 5-6 varieties of Coke available, but no regular Coke? Tsk.

Was there at 10:05am for lunch. They said it would be 15 minutes before food would be ready. I came back 15 minutes later. Still not ready. 4 more minutes they said. All told it took me over an hour for a chicken sandwich. Slow unprofessional and randomly take cash only at the window.

By far the best Chicken sandwich on the market and it's not even close in my opinion!! The servers were very polite and hospitable as well!! I will be going back!!

We stopped @ the location on Vann Rd & the service was horrible. The manager was scratching her braids, took our order & then went to prepare our food. She dropped a piece of chicken on the counter & put it into the box. That was too much for me, we left & went to another Popeyes on Highland.

The price has stayed very reasonable & you can't get spicy chicken other than Bogangles with we don't have in Jackson TN. That is so good. The staff has always been good.

Stood at front counter watching employees make food orders for the drive-thru employees were standing at the front counter just staring at us it took them 10 minutes just to acknowledge that we wanted to place an order I was actually getting ready to walk out the door. The food was good and hot but the service greatly needs to be improved

In my opinion you got to catch the chicken when it's fresh out the grease. Because if it's been sitting it ain't it ain't hot it ain't fresh and it don't taste as good overall Popeyes is a pretty decent place though.

The food is always fabulous. But the time it takes to get the food is ungodly slow. There's two places in Jackson Tennessee that are so slow it's unbelievable. And the people don't even act like they're in a rush or in a hurry at all. But the food is always 100%!

Today this location really served up an good dinner. Most everything was prepared perfectly. Beans and rice were on point, the fries were perfect and the chicken crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. The biscuit was a little dry but not inedible. Much better service than most others locally. The lobby was moderately clean and in order but that grease trap smell was present which is always a little disgruntling.

Wife and I decided to do a store pickup after a long day on the road. There is no curbside pickup. App tells you to go through drive-through for pickup. Drive-through took over thirty minutes on a Sunday evening before 9. The drive-through attendant acted like they couldn't find our order. Eventually they did, but my wife and I could hear the attendants complaining through the drive-through window. They were very loud and they did not seem to be happy. Our fries were cold, stale, and there weren't many of them. The sandwiches were okay, but not worth that hassle or the loud comments. Maybe those workers should be thankful they have a job at all. It doesn't take long to make a sandwich.and grab some fries. Inefficiencies and bad attitude are costing the store money. P.S. if someone orders a sandwich with nothing on it, they are asking for a "plain" sandwich and not a "plane" sandwich.
