It's before closing. The website says “OPEN”, but the door was locked. We went to the drive-through and the person taking orders says, “I have taken my last order for the night!” But two other vehicles in front of us gave their orders and were getting food. Why? No wonder these places are going out of business. The owners aren't there to run their businesses and their employees make up the rules as they go. It was a little after nine when we went to Zaxby's. Nowhere near their advertised closing time.

Urine all over bathroom floor, almost fell. Cashier Cheyene did not give a single care about your order, mumbled and rolled eyes the whole time. Had to ask multiple times for condiments and silverware, she was on the phone with her back turned when people were waiting in line, and we witnessed her dig into her back pocket and when handing a cup to another customer, shoved hand inside of cup and rolled eyes again. Also, my order was messed up, I ordered a large and she put a small on the ticket so that was quite the mess to simply get fixed. Will never come another Zaxby's again. VERY UNORGANIZED STAFF.

Workers wouldn't make eye contact. We received the wrong food. The soap machines in the bathroom were full of soap but the sensors didn't work so I couldn't wash my hands. The employee that took our order went to the bathroom at the same time as me and left without washing her hands (obviously, because the machine didn't work) My husband said the men's bathrooms wouldn't flush and were full of sh*t Floors were greasy and slippery It was just us and two other families inside with about 8 or so workers behind the counter just talking and hanging out. No one was earning their wage yesterday. It was almost like they were annoyed there were customers inaide. Super disappointed in the whole experience

The food at this location isn't as good as the other locations in Jackson and last time I went there in June it was very dirty I left I couldn't even order. No soap in bathroom both toilets were disgusting, front door was filthy

I came here this evening for dinner. And I’ve been coming here since they have opened. When they first opened the customer service was excellent and they would always get order right. Today they got order wrong after repeating several times what I wanted and asking for extra zax sauce. This has happened every single time that I’ve been coming lately and the customer service is unfriendly and impatient. They try to rush your order and then of course get it wrong. They completely left off one whole order and no extra zax sauce. So I had to go through line all over again. I pray that the managers her please retrain their evening staff and teach them to be patient, friendly, and how to properly take a order.

They was ok. The fries wasn't seasoned & they didn't put it in the bag. It was a family order but the food was fresh so that's good!

Possibly the best fast food place in South Jackson. The menu is always good no matter what time. Worst thing I've had happen to me here was they forgot a sauce. Just simply ask and they'll get you covered.

I love Zaxby's. Their chicken is thick and juicy normally, and their sauce is great. Their drink dispensers are usually in good shape, they have great music and great sweet tea. I'm not a huge fan of their fries though and this time the sandwich we got was stringy and chewy so that wasn't great.

This was my first Zaxby's experience, and sadly it was a little underwhelming. I'm a big Chick-fil-A fan, and nothing's changed today. The chicken sandwich was fine, but I'd never go out of my way to get it. If there's a Chick-fil-A or Burger King nearby, I'll have their chicken sandwich instead. I didn't get to try anything else, so the other food is probably good, but I probably won't be back to find out. It really wasn't bad, you will have a fine meal if you come here. Service was amazing though!
