Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review on one of our families favorite fast food places. We traveled on the road 14 hrs and sought out this location as a pit stop to use the bathroom and eat inside and stretch out. When we got confused at the window we said we would just come inside to eat and then someone turned the light off as my son was opening the door and locked it. We are a big family and I understand closing. But there was 30 min til close we could’ve been in and out and totally fine with that. I just thought it was so rude and incredibly frustrating. Then they informed me that the chicken sandwich was burned and offered a refund because they weren’t gonna cook it. I’m glad they notified me but still frustrating yet again.

My husband and I cannot eat onions. I ordered two grilled chicken Cobb salads WITH no fried onions and extra dressing. I got home and BOTH salads had the nasty little fried onions in them. We had to throw them out and order a pizza because I didn't feel like getting back out. I tried to call and speak to a manager. I was put on hold and noone ever picked back up.This is twice in the last two weeks this has happened at this location. I want my salads remade right

Hubby n I made a "pit stop" for lunch. Cashier at window was 1 knotch short of rude after I asked was she smiling behind her mask. She snapped a smart remark, threw my food at me and closed the window. The cookies I ordered weren't completely cooked (white instead of brown). The nuclear sauce i ordered wasn't in the bag. Chicken was hot but no seasoning on fries. Really! No time to go back..so once again we got f'd at drive-thru!!

My order to 15 minutes 20 minutes then my salad was sloppy and in my sandwich was sloppy and the tenders on the zinger or zaxby or whatever sandwich were undercooked. This is the first time I've ever eaten Zaxby's and was upset I spent $30 that day I'm still upset. My sandwich was was very sloppy ranch everywhere they must have been changing shifts or something cuz it was around 4: 00p.

None of my food was fresh, just didn’t feel like taking it back after I got home. Chicken and fries were stale.

The worst service I ever got from there . Food was cold and line normally moves very fast but I waited 20 to 25 minutes just to get cold wings. Girl kept laughing like something was so fun. Very rude. Didn't let me oder anything else just gave me a total. So I didn't even get to finish my order. It will be along time before I go back if I ever go back.

Love Zaxby's coleslaw and chicken fingers. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Food is always fresh and the service is always great!

negative 5 stars Online order showed ready for pickup. She told me to come in and get my order. I said normally they let me pick it up at the window. She said it would be a minute. 2 cars were in front of me. I pull up, no order. Please pull up and we will bring it to you. 7 cars go by and still no order. I go inside. Ask for a manger who cited short staff. My order was sitting on the counter next to the drive thru window. This is not short staff its pure laziness. All she had to do was put the order in a bag and hand it 2 me. Please fix this. I looked around there was at least 1 person at every station that i could see: 2 at drive thru, 1 at counter, 3 in the cooking area. No line and 2 ladies at a table. Please explain this to me?

The food is actually incredible. Accessibility is my complaint. Why the drive thru/online option only? Please start the dining access again. I project it would double your business. And it would accommodate the face pace families who need a great place to run by and grab some awesome supper on the way home. That slow long line is what keeps me from stopping.

First-time at a Zaxby's finally and they did NOT disappoint! My debit card will soon hate me because this is now my new spot. Their fry seasoning is bomb! Their chicken fingers are nice, crunchy, and juicy. Even with the kid meal, I got two of those fat tenders! They also have a freestyle machine, yaas! I'm excited to visit again, thanks!
