ZERO Stars rating! one is the lowest on the web. I live close by and every time I pass by this PNB on Saturday, they are always close. I admit that they might have opened on some Saturday but since I live close by and sometime shop at the plant nursery and eat at the restaurant next to them. I have never seen them open on a Saturday. PNB you need to change your hours or be there and answer your phone and call them back when they leave a massage.

Drove to their center since we can't get a hold of someone at all and no one returns the call. Office Hours says open until 4pm on Saturdays. When I got there it says closed. That's just bad overall. Change your public info if you can't stick to your schedules.

I have been calling many times, including my sister, to this phone number. We called yesterday from 3pm to 5pm, and again this morning from 10am to 12pm. We are trying to use your services to send money to the Philippines and it is extremely hard to get in contact with you. And it is not always feasible to meet at your store in-person...
