This Popeyes is never open when they're supposed to be. One day I stopped at noon, and they weren't open yet. Then when they are open they never have the food right. They won't have certain things and will tell you you have to order something else. When you do order and get what you want you get home and it's something else. I stopped tonight on the way home from the airport to get a couple pieces of chicken. I sat at the drive through for about 5 minutes and nobody would answer. I was there 15 minutes prior to closing time this place needs a new manager now. I love Popeyes but I'm going to have to find somewhere else to eat fried chicken

Had one of the nicest most pleasant experiences with the manager at this location. Extremely patient, attentive and helpful. You could also see she almost had a parenting style of working with fellow employees. Very comforting and great customer control. The definition of service with a smile

Waited 30 minutes just for them to say they don’t have most of the menu? No one wants to serve or work while they goof around. Horrible experience and location needs better management. Hopefully it’ll be replaced by something better with friendly service and actual food.

Had to wait 20 minutes for chicken after I paid also when we got home the chicken was very very very small like little baby chickens are being harvested to fill their menu! Not sure where they are getting their chickens but they definitely are not giving them growth hormones! I tried to leave a review but their website said they had already completed all the reviews for the cycle and didn’t want my input! Popeyes needs to get bigger chicken no joke this is not funny! We were glad the skin was bigger than the chicken at least we had something to fill our empty bellies! I am including a picture of a drumstick this is no joke this is not been digitally enhanced the chicken was literally that small! I Think Cornish hens something like that!

I ordered the surf and turf combo With a sweet tea. Was charged for the combo and then charge separately for the drink. When I get home I do not have a biscuit,cocktail sauce,napkins and no side of mashed potatoes . I did not mind the 38 minute wait to order,but to find they overcharge me as well as didn’t put all my food in the bag sucks. The person taking orders clearly does not know the menu or is trying to rip people off. The people filling the orders don’t know what they’re doing either. Seems like the store needs a new manager and better training.

Popeyes is the ONLY Fried Chicken I can eat without having stomach problems. AND, I can order mild, which is great, since I'm allergic to Black Pepper! I LOVE this location so much, I drive out of my way for it. Staff is friendly and well trained, best of all, they're QUICK, and I have RARELY had an order mistake.

We ordered 1 large shrimp combo. Got a small literally 8 shrimp and spicy when it wasnt supposed to be. My sweet tea was soda. Ordered 2 medium shrimp, non spicy, and got smalls and spicy.. Ordered nuggets didn't get them either. On top of it the guy had an attitude. Won't be back.

Terrible experience. Sat at the order speaker for almost 20 minutes with one car ahead of me at the window and had like 5 cars behind me. No one ever spoke. 4 employees came to the wonder talking to the people in the car. No one ever once asked to take an order or even wave to come forward if the speaker wasn’t working. I made my way to Popeyes in 60 and got my food in normal time. Will definitely be going there from now on. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a wack experience at this location.

We frequent Popeyes because the food is really good, altho a little pricey; but I figure we are paying for convenience. Unfortunately, this location does not stack up to the food or service we've come to expect from Popeye's over all. Won't be going back to this one, which is too bad, as it's close to home, but...

I ordered through my phone and it was an easy pickup. However when I got home my sandwich had literal bites taken out of it. I did not touch it. No one touched the sandwich. It was still wrapped and when I opened it it had multiple bites from it
