I have had the most pleasant experience with the customer service team there. Everywhere else - getting money orders for rent is a horrible experience! Here, I never have to wait and always have good service! The other stores in the area the line is 10 people or more (all getting money orders too) and still the employees behind the register struggle each time like they have never done money orders before! So, I only go here for that. But I am becoming more impressed with their stock and prices every time I go back. The people at the registers are fast and efficient. They are just NICE. I have never had any of them rude or dismissive. I ALWAYS see a manager on the floor. All the counters in the store are attended and I don't think I have ever had to wait in a line. I even downloaded the store app one of the cashiers recommended. I am still playing around with it, but I am happy with the savings and points I am getting.

Shelf need to be stocked better alot of items I couldn't find and somehow having a person at the cash reister and a bag boy makes me want to shop here other than Walmart where I have to check my own items bag my own items . I prefer stores that make shopping a Lil bit less stressful when it comes to checking out thanks Winn dixie

My preferred grocery store. Friendly employees and stocked well. Edit: they've been remodeling for a while now and it looks like corporate is finally investing in new freezers and coolers. New flooring and a fresh coat of paint will make the store feel more modern. I don't really like that they've removed several check out lanes for what will inevitably be self check out but that's the only drawback I've seen with the remodel.

I been going to Winn Dixie in 2005, but it was called Sweet Bay Supermarket at the time. Some of the employees and management stayed. They don't make you feel like you are bothering them when you need help. They smile and they will joke and laugh with you. They are all a great team. You feel welcome there. It's looking great with the changes already and they are not finished yet. The Winn Dixie by the UPS store. Martin Luther King and Lakeview.

Not the greatest Winn-Dixie. The store definitely needs some help as in remodeling. You can just tell by looking and and smelling that the building hasn’t got a face lift before. I’ve priced here for over 20 years and this one building has been several grocery stores. None of which have remodeled. The homeless population outside it honestly the main reason why I don’t come to to this Winn Dixie. Every time i come here I’m harassed for change.

Love Winn Dixie! I enjoy when they have BoGo on my favorite Items. The store is nice and clean, also the staff is friendly and helpful. Except one guy. But we won't mention him further. And I'm not sure if it's from COVID, but at times, I feel bad for the cashiers. There just aren't enough of them and the wait in line can get a bit long. Other than that, it's my favorite Grocery Store to shop at! Love the points for dollars off future purchases too!

This was my first time in a Winn-Dixie in many years. I was in the Plaza and decided to check them out. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The reason I dropped the 1 star was due to the produce. Not 1 item that I touched was up to my standards. I admit to being a picky person. Everything else in the store was to my standards. Cleanliness, fresh dates on every item I checked. The best part for me was the customer service. Each staff who I encountered was friendly and professional. I had a Great surprise from a lady who I'm sorry that I don't remember her name, as she took her time to download the store app for me, and then showed me how it would work for me. Great feature and excellent service 👏 👍 👌

The office/ cashier/does a really great job every time I see her. She's always got a smile and always remembers who I am. Now that's customer satisfaction.

Early morning shopping and the checkout lady was so sweet. We even danced in the checkout line to the old school music they were playing at the time. Clean place and happy it was open early so I could pick up food for my daughter's culinary class project at the last minute.
