Nails are always good but let me tell you a pedicure yeah I could sit in the chair for like 2 hours and have them work on my feet

Andy is amazing. My nails are always looking good when he is done. I have never had any issues getting in and out but I would recommend making an appointment if you don’t want to have to wait. This place is good and always is full make an appointment and you’ll love your experience.

The service is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. I rated low mostly due to atmosphere. Very cluttered counters with lots of 1/2 drinks on display. Could use some organization, and updated menus (the laminated one handed to me had seen much better days-faded, water damaged, peeling).

Pedi mani. I have painful cuts on both feet and both hands. 10 in total. Tech used the drill with file attachment over my bloody nail and did not clean it before returning it to her cart!!!!! Manicure Bowles are not sanitized between clients. They are stacked in back room (with in my view). I watched them dump water from a manicure, stack the bowl without cleaning! They grabbed the I cleaned Bowles from the same stack and used on the next client. This place is disgusting!! A huge health hazard!! Hoping I do not end up with an infection on my bloody toes!

I treated my daughter for her birthday a pedicure and acrylic nails. Both of us now have sores on our toes from being picked. From the waxing of eyebrows both of us had allergic reactions. Acrylic nails, we both asked for our nails to be shorter. My daughter asked for them to be shaped and did not get it. I don’t know if it was language barrier issues- but I do know that the three people working in the nail area was talking a lot amongst themselves. I was referred over by a couple of people saying that they were good just to get basic services, I wish I had listened. Services: Waxing, Pedicures, Acrylic nails

Be careful when you put your nails here, because without asking you there is a Chinese girl and she put me nails with another design. And also glow in the dark without asking. She charged a lot for a design i didn't want, i let her know what design i wanted, and she didn't care. She only gave me a $10 discount. That's not fair, they take advantage of people be careful. There was another person complaining about the work they did to her too.

It was busy so I had to wait a little while for my pedicure, but they put me in the pedi chair to wait while my feet soaked & I could enjoy the massage chair. I'm very happy with the work done on my toes.

First time here and perhaps my last. My best friend and I arrived at Beautiful Nails shorty after they open. The young lady who did my pedicure seem to not take pride in doing my feet. Not to mention there was polish on my skin I had to ask her to remove. The reception kept taking other walking before us so I refused to sit and wait to get my nails Done. This was rude. However my best friend girl decided to wait. I will say they are very busy. They should take more Pride serving their customers correctly because they have just lost my business.

I have been going here since 10th grade im now 36 years old. I love this place! They have their days that they are slow but its so worth the wait even then. The upgrades are amazing, and they adhere to the social distancing guidelines. Van is so amazing everytime she does my nails

One star is for massage chair because the chairs are super nice. Nails are lumpy and painted poorly! I had ingrown nails(I’ve never had ingrown nails before) on my hands and toes due to poor training and how they were cut. Lady charged me extra and didn’t tell me for what. Poor communication. Honestly I just felt really uncomfortable at this place and will not return. Oh!!! And they do NOT clean their tools!! I asked for newly cleaned tools and the woman sprayed it with alcohol. Smh. Trash. This photo is after a week. Horrible waste of money.
