I took my daughter there on Wednesday and they charge me $30 for something I could have done myself … it’s Friday and she has 2 nail polish off and she said they didn’t file her nails good … second time tho … we not regulars but u would think wasting that much atleast would TRY to do THEIR job … 1 star also because the lady asked me where we got our nails done? Like who cares … does it really matter tho !!!!! One thing for sure didn’t like it at all and they had NO ONe else there so why rush it !!!!!!!!!!! BOOOOO

I was very disappointed with this business. They say they close at 7pm but that is not true. Depending on the day rheybwill close early, if you show up or call around 5pm and you don't have a high price service, they don't want to see you. Very unprofessional.

I occasionally go to this nail salon but haven't due to an incident a few years back when a worker yelled at me. I have been going lately, and my last visit was 1/8/22. My appointment was at 3:30pm, I went in to get a gel pedicure and nexgen on my fingers. The pedicure went great, however the gentleman who was supposed to do my nails was very unprofessional and rude. Prior to him doing my hands, I told him I need my nails really short due to being a nurse and a musician. He told me he understands and said he could do it for me. So he's doing my nails and I told him if he can cut the tip a little shorter (mind you, I know nail techs can do short nails because I've had it done before perfectly). After I told him to cut the tips a little shorter, he gets upset and states he will not do my nails. He said that I complain too much and that he is lazy, he doesn't do all of that (cutting nails short). He got up and went to the back and kept saying he will not do my nails. Mind you, this is in front of everyone. Not only was I humiliated, but I was disgusted by his lack of professionalism. The manager offered to do my nails, but she had two other people to do. I ended up telling him he was very unprofessional, paying for my pedicure, and leaving. Mind you, I still had the tips on my nails. He didn't at least take them off. I ended up going to a nail salon called Color Nails on Lake Worth, one I used to go to, and they did my nails PERFECTLY. No issues. No humiliation. I would never tell anyone to go to lucky nails because any time you try to tell them how you want your nails done, its like you're being difficult. Both my mother and I used to go there, however she will be returning, nor will I. What should have been a two hour max appointment, ended up taking five hours to do. Save yourself the visit.

Lucky Nails has been my go to nail salon for years. Jimmy is my technician and is an artist. He does my nails exactly how I like them. My nails are not bulky and they fit the shape of my nail bed perfectly! They look natural! I also enjoy my pedicures in their nice relaxing chairs! Most importantly, the salon is clean and the staff are friendly. When you come in, you know to wash and sanitize your hands. They clean your area throughly before they begin your service! 😊 Services: Gel manicure, Foot massage, Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures

The Woman who manage the business Receive people as if they would ask her for money instead of using Their services, also when something does not seem to them about the clients they start speaking in their own language in front of them. I paid to put tip in my nails but they only wanted to do it in the ones that had cracks however I told them that I needed them in all of them because they were very weak and I wanted to reinforce them, but they refused to do it. Snow the owner takes every precaution COVID related to ensure her nail spa is safe for customers. She is very punctual, assertive, and thorough. Her staff follows the same ... I was very happy with the outcome and the pricing is very fair. When I visit again, I’ll be sure to come back !

Lucky Nails is taking very seriously each COVID 19 guidelines. No walk-ins... only appointments. One client at a time per technician. Each station has a transparent shield to avoid splash and be protected at all times. My mom loves Jimmy's work for her nails. Jennifer and Elizabeth are awesome for pedicure. We had a great experience. I wish each business were good as Lucky Nails about COVID 19 guidelines.

I have Jimmy do my nails he’s the BEST hands down!!! I’ve been coming almost 2 years now couldn’t wait for them to open back up. Due to COVID-19 they closed but today their back open and not only was it already extremely clean, they are making customers sanitize at the door and taking temperatures just for everyone to feel somewhat safe!! If you’re looking for a nice place with good quality work come here ask for Jimmy he’s my guy but everyone there is great.

This salon is under new management. Please note that this salon is under new management. I read a lot of the reviews and fortunately I have not experienced any of the negative things described there. First, the prices are fair. Second, the salon is very clean and smells like it. There is not that fuming smell that some salons have. Third, my experience with Tiffany and Snow has been remarkable. I never feel rushed or like I am just another number. So I moved to WPB about 2 years now and I scoured the area for a new nail salon to call home. I had tried about 3-4 different nail salons and always felt like just another number and that my business wasn’t appreciated. Here, I never look at my hands and/ or feet and say: “Never again.” I’ve been coming here for about 7-8 months now and I wanted to share my experience because the past reviews really make you want to run. I hope this helps someone make a choice to join my nail crew. :-)
