Needed a mani/pedi last minute. Found this place off Okeechobee. I came in off peak hours and was seated immediately. $45 for standard manicure/pedicure with an additional 10 min hand rub. No complaints. Salon was a bit out dated but was clean. Would go back again in in the area.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!!! If you go across the street to Elite nails ( in the guitar plaza ) you’ll thank yourself they’re very professional and do amazing work.! Services: Nail art, Pedicure

Great service, always happy with my shellac french pedicure. This place is not a top luxury spa but its decent and the ladies don't push for you to pay more for other items.

So I’m sitting in my car with half done nails because I kept making comments about the shape of my nail while she was working. I kept explaining to her that I normally don’t get my nails done and I felt that she was making them bulky and shaped funny. She (because I never got her name) told me she does this and to let her finish so I was allowing her to continue. At one point I asked if I could finish shaping and she could just paint and she got upset and told me to do my own nails. Shortly after another lady came up to me while I was working on the shape and bulk that I would need to leave or either take them off and she put a bowl of acetone in front of me and walked away. I offered to pay anyways which I let be known from the beginning I wanted to do because she was working with me but they told me to go. Save your money and go where people will listen to what you want for your money!

One of the worst nail salons I've been to in Florida the staff is rude nasty and unprofessional. They double your bill and when they do your nails it last for 3 days and when you call and say its broken they tell you come then make you pay to fix it. And they only have one girl who does designs if she is not there they will do your nail then tell you after "no design girl not here" never going back again

This is the Best Salon in West Palm Beach... Not only is the staff amazing but there is never a wait... I love going here because I am treated with so much respect... My nails are always complimented on... A must go to for anyone who wants to be pampered and leave looking like a million bucks... Thank you so much Ly and all the other women there... 💋💗💋
