Horrible experience. Went in for a haircut and the lady who cut my hair told me that she doesn’t even cut hair. Was randomly doing strokes with the razor and cut my hair in a crazy way. Did not blend sides and totally uneven cut. Called to come back in to get it fixed two days later (offered to pay for entirely new haircut) and they locked the doors during business hours when I arrived. Myself and two other family’s that called ahead waited outside for 20+ minutes knocking on the door as there was obviously staff inside, just locked door so no customers could enter. ~Trevor

I occasionally go to this nail salon but haven't due to an incident a few years back when a worker yelled at me. I have been going lately, and my last visit was 1/8/22. My appointment was at 3:30pm, I went in to get a gel pedicure and nexgen on my fingers. The pedicure went great, however the gentleman who was supposed to do my nails was very unprofessional and rude. Prior to him doing my hands, I told him I need my nails really short due to being a nurse and a musician. He told me he understands and said he could do it for me. So he's doing my nails and I told him if he can cut the tip a little shorter (mind you, I know nail techs can do short nails because I've had it done before perfectly). After I told him to cut the tips a little shorter, he gets upset and states he will not do my nails. He said that I complain too much and that he is lazy, he doesn't do all of that (cutting nails short). He got up and went to the back and kept saying he will not do my nails. Mind you, this is in front of everyone. Not only was I humiliated, but I was disgusted by his lack of professionalism. The manager offered to do my nails, but she had two other people to do. I ended up telling him he was very unprofessional, paying for my pedicure, and leaving. Mind you, I still had the tips on my nails. He didn't at least take them off. I ended up going to a nail salon called Color Nails on Lake Worth, one I used to go to, and they did my nails PERFECTLY. No issues. No humiliation. I would never tell anyone to go to lucky nails because any time you try to tell them how you want your nails done, its like you're being difficult. Both my mother and I used to go there, however she will be returning, nor will I. What should have been a two hour max appointment, ended up taking five hours to do. Save yourself the visit. ~Shedd

The merger has ruined this bank. Have been a customer for 13 years. Hold times are over an hour to speak to a representative. Deposits go missing with no explanation. Money is removed from acct with no explanation. One month of speaking with Managers and customer service and escalation tean escalation team and issues still not resolved with missing money. And then today my mobile deposit went missing and you can't reach anyone to talk to about it. ~l

If I could give a 0 I would. Got out of the hospital, took a new prescription there through the drive thru. Was told by the hispanic woman at the window that I could not get my prescription filled there because I had never had one filled there before. Apparently they don’t want new customers!!!!!!! Don’t use this location. So I went across the street to another pharmacy. ~Linda

DO NOT GO HERE FOR VACCINES . They don't honor appointment time, untrained staff didn't notify pharmacist until 30 minutes after appt I was here! Then pharmacist asked to see my text verification + instead of checking to see that I had filled out the questionnaire on line I was asked to fill it out again. Got shot 45 minutes after appointment. Pharmacist was nice but who cares. If they don't respect your time + use untrained staff, what's the point. Should have checked the Google rating of this pharmacy before I came. ~Dana

All I did was subtly mention how I waited 2 hours for a COVID test and vaccine. Pharmacy technician Neesha acknowledged it took that long and rudely told me “Well, you see how I’m working the drive-thru AND helping customers inside?? Yeah? OK then!” And in the end, I was denied service because I was exposed to someone with COVID three weeks ago (I’m asymptomatic). Been a customer of Walgreens for many years and I’ve worked in retail pharmacy myself. Never seen someone treat patients this way especially when they’re not being unruly. Walgreens is still decent for the most part, but I would not recommend this location to anyone. Service was slow; service was poor. Negative attitudes don’t make the situation better. ~George

Booked appointment online. Arrived, waited 20+ min standing at counter watching them bag percriptions before anyone asked if they could help me. When I showed my appointment confirmation, they tossed it back and said they were busy, and maybe in 30-40 min they would see if they could give me my shots. This place is a Joke.....go somewhere else. They don't care, and/or are not empowered to do what they say they will do. ~Kevin

We are not staying over night but yet had someone come out here an tells us we have to move or they are going to have us towed funny there is no truck stops around here for us to park an we have to shop an eat just like anyone else so for any truck drivers that park out here for a few minutes or anything just know you will get towed an the sign says no over night but you can't shop or nothing if your in a 18 wheeler ~Ashley

Went to pick up some parts at this place I was dealing with Jose really great person whole crew really good people made me feel welcome help me out quickly. Spoke with a young lady super nice and an older gentleman also awesome. It's been a long time sense I walked into a auto parts and not felt like everyone in there hates their life. Lol sorry but it's the truth I will definitely be going there for my parts from now on. Also they really were the cheapest compared to everyone else by like 20 bucks. Thanks Jose ~Chris
