I hate the fact that you spend time one line to check out. You scan every item at the register, now it's time to exit the facility and they are scanning your receipt and everything in your cart again. Waist of time. It takes just as long when you're in the facility and when you leave its worse. Some people have multitudes of cats and you may have one or two items. And it takes me 20 min just to get out. They need to do better than that. They make me feel like I regret getting this membership. Find a better solution Sam's club

Got there at 930am, i am handicap there was not an electric cart available, could not shop, just bread and left. Those persons that are not handicap should NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THEM.

This store is nice and clean, great customer service team,, but only 1 star because the team member Shamza at the exit door has terrible customer service skills she is extremely rude and makes the check out super slow, when other team members are at the exit door its fast and smooth...management please remove Shamza from the exit door and place faster team members.

Tried calling tire center because I bought my tires there to make sure there under warranty being I woke up with one of them flat and got HUNG UP ON 6 times. Left a msg to have them call me with the front desk and of course they never called so then called to speak with a manager and got hung up on AGAIN. #7 and to this second still haven’t been able to speak with anyone. So much for a warranty if you can’t bring it in or even speak to them.. 😡

We are not staying over night but yet had someone come out here an tells us we have to move or they are going to have us towed funny there is no truck stops around here for us to park an we have to shop an eat just like anyone else so for any truck drivers that park out here for a few minutes or anything just know you will get towed an the sign says no over night but you can't shop or nothing if your in a 18 wheeler

Only reason I still have a Sam's club membership, you can check out on your phone, and Skip those ridiculous lines. The fact that you can pay for the gas on your phone now too, makes it even speedier, and easier. You can run into the store, the day before thanksgiving, grab milk and eggs, be out in 2 minutes flat. Deliver any items that are not refrigerated for free.

This Sam's Club must do better with keeping the store clean as well as the parking lot. I hate having to tip toe over garbage. It keeps me from buying groceries there. I only buy cleaning supplies and toilet paper.
