I always order from the app because it’s easier but the staff for pick up always have a attitude telling me to park I. The front of the store. So why do you have designated parking spots for it.

This store is terrible because of its staff that has no human talent, its employees are a rabble of people, it has neither warmth nor customer service. they are capable of answering that they do not guide one because they are in. break and if you don't want to be asked. withdraw. from the store or take off your uniform.

This place is a horrible place to work for. They promise you a bouns yet don't give it to you. They promise you a raise and nothing. They over work you and they are not good at doing the schedule which is terrible especially if you work graveyard shift. They make the workers get the pallets which are heavy when they have forklifts. They have no appreciation for hard workers. That's why people quit. You should really pay the ones working there properly. Also if you promise a raise keep your word and do it. So many have walked out because of your store not coming together and doing your jobs right and it starts with the GM. Again take care of your graveyard shift workers they are the ones that make it nice and neat for when the store opens. They are behind the scenes doing all the hard work. Corporate really needs to look at this store and see why they are having shortages of employees. It's not because people don't want to work. They don't want to be overworked and under paid. Also they don't want to work for a company that tells them they are going to get something and then the company doesn't follow through!

bjs needs to start a union for there workers they should give night shift workers two days off in a row so they can get adequate sleep. also they should give workers a raise when it’s promised. workers aren’t getting payed properly. employees who have been promised a bonus has yet to be given one. something needs to be done cooperate needs to get involved

Do not go to this store if you don’t speak Spanish. They claim to be understaffed, yet I always see staff members standing around doing nothing, or having casual conversations with each other. On my last visit ( which will also be my final visit to this location) they had one register open and it had at least four people in line. Problem is, it wasn’t moving. Someone had a problem with the checkout, and e line didn’t move for over 10 minutes (not an exaggeration). I asked one of the women who was just standing around if they could open another register, and she told me to do self checkout. I do not like self checkout as I always have a problem and have to wait for someone to come and scan a badge. As I was explaining this to the woman, she just turned around and walked away while I was in mid sentence. Not the first time I have been scowled at or had someone turn their nose up at me in this store because I spoke English. I have had a much better experience at the store on 57th street and will shop there from now on. Also, during tax-free weekend, they charged me tax on all the school supplies that were supposed to be exempt. I had to go to customer service to have it refunded. It took so long that I almost left without getting it.

The hialeah gardens Bjs is the worst in the nation I I went today 9/20/21 loocking for almond milk unsweetened with vanilla and there is nothing, I went last week and nothing too when you need something is on pallet on top of the rack, they always have an excuse. The truck doesn't come.good luck with that place.

Great service and attentive employees but must all the time the product is in pallets on top of racks and missing the sale. For us, the inconvenience of coming several times to the club for something they had all the time. Either the inventory is wrong or there's not a good system to realize they run out of a product on the line. Definitely inconvenient for us, the consumers.
